Stayed Feb 3, 2024The condo was really nice. So I’ll give them that. We had a big issue when we arrived. We got in late Saturday night, around 10:30 pm. The code to get into the condo did NOT work. After a lot of phone calls, it was difficult reaching a live person, and over an hour of trying different codes someone finally came up with a door code that actually worked. Then the dishwasher was broken. There is also a gate code to drive into the property. The gate code worked when we arrived but evidently changed sometime during our stay. The owners/property management told us that we needed to contact the condo association to get the new code. This company has some wrinkles to iron out.
