Stayed Mar 29, 2025Called immediately upon arrival (Sat) and was told I would get a return phone call and they would bring a machine. Called again that evening and again on Sunday. Never received a call back and finally on Tuesday. I received a message that they sprayed. We took it upon ourselves to change the air filter return and open all the windows and place the ceiling fans on high but it was still pungent. I stopped calling after Tuesday because I didn’t want to spoil my entire vacation arguing with the property manager. I understand the area has just recovered from devastating hurricanes however the stench was clearly not the result of weather damage. I’ve asked each time for compensation and a return call, but have yet to hear back.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Beautifully remodeled unit steps away from the beach. Quiet neighborhood with a nice pool, walking distance to stores, bars, grocery store, and restaurants. Comfortable beds and having a room with two twins was helpful for our family. Wonderful experience overall and would stay there again!
