Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John`s Pass Village and Boardwalk.

John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here, you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop to your heart`s content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity, but you can rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise, or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops, and public beach access points are within the city limits. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 10pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

    Property is old and outdated. Our unit was put together cheaply, with plumbing issues, cleanliness issues and old mismatched furniture and utensils.

    Last minute opportunity presented itself, friends converged on Mad Beach. Condo was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Pool area was good, location in relation bars restaurant good. There's the gulf Blvd trolley.

    When we walked in it smelled so fresh and clean. The place was immaculate! The host was super friendly and accommodating. This location is perfect. The only complaint was not enough toilet paper for a family of four and the toilet was a little wonky. Luckily my husband was able to fix the toilet and we just got more toilet paper. All in all we had a wonderful time here and would definitely book again.

    We loved being across the street from the beach and enjoyed the pool. There were a few restaurants nearby. It seemed to be a quieter area in comparison to John's Pass and St. Pete area but was those areas were still close enough for us.

    The unit was clean and comfortable the only bad thing I can say is the mattress on one of the beds was super uncomfortable and made so much noise everytime you rolled over or moved.

    The pool was never crowded and we spent much of our time there. The space was perfect for three people. There was a convenience store right next door, so we walked over for coffee each a.m. Overall, located in a quiet neighborhood.

    So we enjoyed the rental for the most part, the two complaints I have is the pool was dirty pur entire stay even after the attendent cleaned it. Second our ac was not good, set to 69 and most of the time it was 75 or higher never came below 72. Other than that the unit was great close to lots of resturants and other useful places. Quick walk to the beach. Would probably stay again if ac problem is resolved.
