Stayed Jun 24, 2025A great location for the beach and restaurants and shops. It has a nice view of the marina. The condo was a bit small for 6 people (3 moms and 3 17 year olds). We were also disappointed that there were no beach towels or chairs. We ended up buying them.

Stayed May 25, 2024Beautiful condo, well furnished, beautifully decorated, clean. Main complaint was only 1 parking space & we had 8 people in the condo. Condo did have some beach chairs/umbrella, beach cart, floats. Elevator in building is very slow & very busy. Location to John's Pass was great, 1-2 blocks, beach access was right across the street. No fishing was allowed behind building in the canal( I had 3 fishermen in my crew) they just went up to John's Pass. Overall great stay & would highly recommend & stay here again!

Stayed May 10, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at Madeira Bay. The room was clean and we had a nice view from our balcony. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and the location was close to shops and restaurants. It was a great Mother's Day trip!

Stayed Nov 23, 2023The unit was clean and perfectly situated. It's a short walk to the beach and John's Pass. The weather didn't cooperate with us very well, but we were able to shop and enjoy the restaurants. We will definitely come back.
