Madeira Bay Resort I 1504 NEW, amazing Gulf Beach view in top location!

The condo was nice and is convenient to everything in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ceiling in the second bedroom is covered in mold, so we could not use the room and kept the door closed so we did not have to breathe it. One of the two rocking chairs in the main rooms was broken, so we could not use it. The toaster does not work, so we toasted bread in the oven. The silicone spatula was so flimsy that it left half of the scrambled eggs in the skillets, so we went out and bought one that could do the job.

Very nice condo in great location. Has water damage/mold on ceiling of second bedroom, broken chair in family room, and a toaster that does not work. Otherwise, had a good time! Enjoyed the area, the beaches, and the seafood!

Awful. The construction they don’t tell you about, the noise they don’t tell you about. We happened to come when they were selling part of it to the marina, so no swimming pool, and there’s only 2 parking decks, had to move my car to the second deck, only to be locked out the rest of the time having to walk around the building to bottom floor just to be let in. Ridiculous!

It is pet friendly very close to john pass. But you could here the other people in the other condos.

The location is great, right across the road from the beach and seconds walk to John's Pass. The apartment itself was a decent size for four adults for 5 nights. However, it wasn't that clean. Floors were dirty, walking barefoot, your feet got filthy, white socks turned to black socks, the ensuite toilet ran all day and night. Both toilet seats are old and show plenty of wear. Showers not cleaned properly. Listed as two bedrooms, the smaller bedroom was more of a study/office, no window or closet. Listing stated that beach accessories would be available, only a couple of beach chairs were there. Also, this was probably our mistake but need to bring beach towels as none in the apartment and you're not allowed to take the regular towels to the beach.

Perfect location to walk to John’s Pass! Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and come back.

The pictures of the property were deceiving as I was under the impression the pool was for just that condo I was staying at however it was just a short walk. Additionally to utilize the gym and get a parking pass we had to walk to a separate building. Overall, the condo was updated and in a good walking distance from the beach and john’s pass.

Stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids 7 and 4). Very clean property, close to Johns pass, easy walk to the beach. Will be back!

This was our second time in six months, staying at this location different unit rented. both units are set up the same. It is so convenient being close to the shopping area and the restaurants as well as right across from public access to the beach.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely this place is close to everything. The neighbors are quite and respectful and everybody is freindly. The food is great The beach even better. What is there to say we had a great time. Would have loved to stayva couple more days.Maybe for next July we will be in a condo in the beach at Madeira or Cearwater..So We will be prepared for next vacation my son had a great experience in the water he was diagnostic with asperger when he was little and not matter that he is doing amazing thank you God that he love it.Thank you.

We like to stay in Madeira Beach on 4th of July. We spend anywhere from 2-5 days. First time at his location. Parking was convenient and view to the Gulf from condo. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the beach. Short walk across the street to beach access. We have dinner with friends near our condo. Our friends stay at same complex. We don’t use any of the facilities, so what we like is simple and enjoyable that we are so close to the beach.

The elevator didn't work two of the days which was very inconvient and difficult for us to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Besides that everything was good.
