Stayed Mar 22, 2025Overall we loved the condo! parking was tricky at times. a couple times we saw non-guests park and then walk over to JP. Your cleaning crew does a great job!! Also hallways were clean!!Great view!! Paul and the lady (sorry did not catch her name) Both great people; kind and helpful!! We loved the “make your own code” entry!! We will be back!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent! Perfect size. Clean, Cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to shopping. Highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was as listed on the website. It was very spacious and everything from kitchen utensils, to towels were provided. Check-in/check-out was easy. The condo was close to everything such as the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

Stayed May 27, 2023The location was fantastic, three minute walk to the beach, a block from johns pass. Unit could have been cleaner (floors) but well stocked with kitchen supplies and a beach wagon. Major problem was the ac- unit was HOT when we checked in. After turning air down we heard a dripping and looked to see the ac unit dripping water. We are in FL so we understand that acs often need repair/ maintenance but someone had put a drip bucket to catch the water so the issue was known prior to us and not fixed. We had to call several times and finally on the second day someone came out and fixed. The first few times we were told this was an easy fix and yet it wasn’t fixed until we called many times. I august this would have been absolutely miserable.
