Stayed Mar 21, 2024Property needs updating for price paid. Noisy, toilet running, shower dripping, shower door almost fell off. Outdated bedroom furniture, mattresses ok, noisy shutter outside window. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Good location. Disappointed.

Stayed Feb 12, 2022I was very disappointed in this rental. It was surface clean but very beat up looking. The sofa was stained and had no support. The balconies were dirty and had the cheapest chairs. The bathtub didn't drain. There was no DVD player as advertised.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021The place is very well located, the apartment is very beautiful and small enough, it has a new sofa, chairs, umbrella, but it does not have beach towels and is in need of a deep clean. I had to clean the fans because dirt was falling; I complained to the front desk, they said they do not have time. I had a problem with the tv; I asked them to fix it, they replied that it is not a hotel and I had to call the cable company myself. There were no extra toilet paper or garbage bags, I had to go out and buy some. It is not possible to contact the owner of the apartment for any problems that need to be solved. The pool is super small for 2 huge buildings, there is a 11 person max in that area. Everyone is only allowed one space in the parking lot and if there are more cars you have to pay.
