Madeira Bay Resort #200 – Spacious Marina-View Retreat for Families & Groups

I emailed the Management team and never got a replied back. We stayed there from the 19th through the 22nd of June and throughout the stay, we had no A/C and it stayed at around 92*F inside the unit. Hot water wasn't working neither so had to take cold showers. Also the dryer was not working. Front desk was trying to get someone to come in and fix it but no luck. He did give us a room on the 4th floor to sleep at night however it was a 2 bed room for 13 people so ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst vacation experience and it was not worth what we paid for.

Overall it was a perfect place for our group - good location, pool to swim in, and big space for our group of 12. The private elevator was a bonus.

Girls trip with 9 ladies to celebrate a 50th birthday. Condo was perfect, plenty of room, close to beach and lots of fun restaurants. Highly recommend!!

All-ladies beach weekend!Had a great time at this place. There were 9 of us ranging in age from 55-64. We were all comfortable. The large table was perfect for eating and game playing. The elevator to the condo was a lifesaver. With 9 of us, there was a large number of essentials that needed to be brought to the beach and having that elevator made it so much easier when loading and unloading. From check-in to check-out, there was not one complaint. Thank you for having the perfect spot for all our needs.

Great place to stay! Loved the private elevator! Only complaint was the low beds.... didn't bother me but for my parents it was hard to get up and down. Otherwise excellent place. Would stay again!

The stay was fine. The pictures were better than reality and there were multiple security concerns. The front door was broken in a way that made it difficult to lock and the private elevator didn’t function properly, so we didn’t intend on using it. A stranger entered our unit through the private elevator claiming they were lost. We told the front desk and they helped us disable the elevator so it wouldn’t happen again, but told us that the lights in the living room/dining area made random drunk beach goers think that the unit was a bar and they’ve had people stumble in through the elevator in the middle of the night. That’s certainly not something you want to hear, but again we were able to work with the front desk to ensure the elevator was disabled. It was just a lot of fuss and bother to obtain proper security and shouldn’t have been something to need to deal with in the first place.

Perfect location, easy check in, just overall great for a large family vacation.

Condo was very well equipped

Great location and nice size of condo for 3 couples! Beds and couches could have been more comfortable but not a deal breaker.

Everything was clean and as expected. Truly everything we needed and location can’t be beat!

We were a very short walk to the beach and same for shops, restaurants, and ice cream places. The condo had everything we needed. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Spacious three bedroom unit, decorated very nice as well.

Great place!!

This was a great place to stay, beach was walking distance across the street. Fully furnished and lots of accessories. Just would have liked to have been able to communicate with the owner and couldn’t figure that out during the check out process.
