The place was really nice, views were excellent and the closeness to Johns Pass was great. We rented a golf cart for transportation and it had a standard 110V/3 prong plug in. The office manager/ parking the guy said we couldnt plug it in or it would be towed, as it was a electric one. Now I understand that is something we should have checked before, He kept saying was... we are going to tow it! Instead of offering solutions. Kinda made for. Bad experience.

Beautiful condo in a nice area

This was our second stay here and we very much enjoyed it! The condo was very clean, well stocked and has a beautiful ocean view! Will definitely return!

Lovely property for our spring break beach trip. Everything was as described in the listing. The location was perfect for being at the beach or the Pass. We could walk everywhere! The only negative was that the pool/deck is super small for servicing two buildings worth of guests. There were two really windy days that made staying on the beach difficult but there wasn’t room at the pool for another option. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We stayed 28 days. The condo was perfect for us, the only problem we had, was the air conditioning would shut off somewhere between 4:00- 5:00 am and it would get so hot it woke us up EVERY morning. We are early risers, but thats a little too early when on vacation. Also, there were only about 8 hangers in the master bedroom closet, so we had to purchase more, which was fine. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. The beach is literally just steps away and shopping, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. It is such a beautiful area, we will definitely be back!

The condo is very spacious and clean. The only downsides was the bunk bed is a little loose, but can easily be adjusted with tightening of the screws and the second was the thermostat. It seems that someone other than the tenant has control over that system, as it was constantly changed to 83 and not the 75 degrees. We understand that to save money you don’t want the temperature in the condo to be dropped to the lowest, but coming into a condo at with no air and not able to get it cool is not comfortable. I would suggest that when you have a guest the temperature be 75 upon check in, if you are going to leave the sun streaming into the condo.Now the awesome part of this condo. Very clean, comfortable furniture, good parking space for larger SUV and very close to St. John’s Pass. Love that we didn’t have to move our car just to walk there. Also, if you need any groceries for the condo, Publix is a brief drive to the condo. That is a huge plus. Definitely recommend staying here all day long.

Location and proximity to the beach were great

Walk to shops and restaurants at John’s Pass.Full beach views from master bedroom and balcony. Bunk beds were small for our adult guest. Master is comfy. The area is reopening nicely now so you will enjoy your stay even after the hurricanes .

Our stay was fantastic. This location is close to everything you needed for a beach vacation. We love the fact that parking is a breeze. This will be on our list of returning condo for beach vacation. Thanks!

We wanted something with at least an ocean view, that was clean, comfortable and convenient; easy access, good & safe parking!

Location couldn’t have been better. Super clean. The view was better than advertised. Will definitely stay there again when we head back to the Tampa area

This was our first time to Madeira Beach and we will definitely be back! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo was very clean and updated. Management was very responsive and helpful! Access to the beach was located directly across the condo and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We had town for a quick weekend getaway . This was a great place to stay ! Clean, beautiful views , across the street from the beach. Walking distance to great live music , restaurants and shopping ! Highly recommend !

Amazing ocean view and just a block from shops and restaurants at John’s Pass. Easy access to beach. Would definitely recommend this Condo. Never needed to communicate with Property Manager, instructions for entry to building and condo were easy, everything in our stay was enjoyable.
