During a period of heavy rain, they proactively addressed weather concerns by installing a flood gate, which gave us added peace of mind. They also resolved a minor appliance issue in the unit quickly and efficiently. It was clear they take guest comfort seriously.The location is a major highlight. The property is within easy walking distance of the beach, which made morning and evening walks effortless. There are also a few small shops nearby that were convenient for quick stops. When we needed additional dining or grocery options, the drive into town was less than 10 minutes, making everything easily accessible without feeling crowded or overly busy.The overall facilities were well maintained. The grounds were nicely kept and pleasant to walk through, and the pools were clean and enjoyable. Everything felt orderly and cared for.The unit itself was in good condition. While there is some normal wear on a few pieces of furniture, nothing felt excessive or detracted from the experience. The TV included streaming apps, and the internet connection was reliable enough for everyday use. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels and the availability of beach gear, which made our time on the water much easier.Overall, this property offers a strong combination of attentive management, convenient location, and well-maintained facilities. It was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The bathroom in the master bedroom needs to be upgraded. The teen beds in the 2nd bedroom are too small for adults, it's better to replace with full size beds. Everything else are very good.

The show stopper feature of this property is the view! The beach was also amazing. Quiet and prefect for a long walk. The water was generally very nice and calm to swim in too. The grounds of the property were immaculate! The condo itself was not new and overly updated but very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked! We would definitely stay here again!! Many thanks!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has decor touches that give a great vibe. Very well stocked kitchen, and a clear view of Ma’alaea Bay from the lanai balcony. The grounds are beautiful, a treat to wander through en route to the beach or pool, which is maintained daily.

Checking in was easy but upon entering the unit, we found that it was dirty. Especially the lanai which had dirty cushions and dirt all over the seating. Even the front door was dirty. We talked to the manager and she understood our concerns and credited back the full value which we appreciated.

Good location - easy to access whatever you want to get to. Best shave ice is just up the road and a little further are in town restaurants. Communication with manager was great - clear directions on the condo community. Had a wonderful time exploring Maui.
