Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great place to stay with kids. Separate main bedroom, kitchen equip for cooking, access to laundry. Was central to all the main attractions in Rotorua.

The people who own it are really friendly ☺️ Only draw back is it can get quite cold at night and maybe a heatpump or heater would help at night. Other than that it was perfect . The beds were comfy and nicely made , the kitchen facilities are really nice and everything you need . The tv just had normal TV , no Chromecast but I guess when you're on holiday you shouldn't be watching tv haha.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Very comfortable accommodations. Great hosts. I didn’t have a rental car and Gordon drove me into town on a couple occasions. The hot tub in the back yard is a nice plus too….especially after a long day exploring the area.

Stayed Nov 4, 2024the accommodation is not well maintained and poorly cleaned. Everything needs a major makeover. The water in the shower did not drain properly. That's why we can't shower. The WiFi was not strong enough for using a laptop.
