Property was nice and clean. Valet service was good all week. Actual unit was very nice. Staff was there and noticeable but didn’t bother anyone. Depending on the time of day elevator wait times may be long.

First of all I was disappointed because I feel like I was mislead by the sleeping type. I was led to believe the sleeping capacity was suitable for 4 adults not 2 adults and 2 children. I showed 4 adults on the initial application and nothing was said about it being for children. Second of all, I feel like the bathroom is unsafe with the water leaking badly from the shower and the rugs provided on the floor. I also think I was mislead by the picture shown for the amazing views. All it showed was the ocean which is what I went for, and the view was not ocean front as it said, it was ocean view and it did not show or specify that you had more of the traffic and city view. The noise from the traffic was horrendous !!! You could not stand to have the doors open because of the noise. For the money I paid, it was a big disappointment. Oh, and there was not an easy way to get to the beach. You had to walk out the front door and all the way back to the beach. Not suitable for older people. I will not be booking another vacation with Hyde. Jim and Kathy Richter

Overall a great unit...really can't say a single negative thing about it...the facility was nice..although not sufficient chairs at eitbeach or pool to meet demand...and the weight lifting equipment very lacking but outstanding cardio/yoga/cross fit equipment.

The view was unobstructed and absolutely beautiful! The pool was great! The staff at the bar and wait staff atbthe restaurant were all wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The view from the condo was amazing! Ocean and City. Comfortable furniture. Large patio was nice to enjoy from morning to evening!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights/6days and didn’t want to leave! Condo and view are absolutely gorgeous! Condo is super clean. It has everything you could possibly need. Bed and furniture are very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and quick. Elevators and valet parking with minimal wait times. Resort is beautiful and is oceanfront. Pool very relaxing with plenty of space for all guest. We went to Haulover beach (IYKYK about that beach) several days, then drove to the keys for a day. We go every year to Haulover beach, this condo is definitely one we will stay at in the future. We felt very safe and welcomed. Hotel staff very polite and helpful to guest. Owners very informative with quick responses. Thanks for allowing us to stay we had an amazing time and we will return!!!

Very nice

This is the third year in a row that we have chosen to stay here. The property is fantastic, and the owners are very accommodating. The only thing that continues to be unfortunate is the property management company. Key cards consistently don’t work and the check-in process takes a really long time. Also, it’s incredibly difficult to get a chair on the beach. It took 45 minutes of waiting in line to get towels.

The individual condo is great. Most of the appliances worked well, you have ocean views and its right on the beach. The issue is the resort itself. You have to carry around a card to get beach towels and you have to wear a wristband to get anywhere. You can't take it off even when you are sleeping. The restaurants are over priced and aren't very good.

This place is great, views amazing, well maintained. Easy check in and very safe. Only negatives is the wait for elevator can take a bit so leave extra time and the service at bar near pool wasn’t good (they need to have more than one bartender (he was trying his best just overwhelmed).

Cozy property.

Overall, I’d really give this rental a 4.5 but that wasn’t an option. Nancy the owner was exceptional and very responsive. Upon arrival we had a slight misunderstanding with room # but she called me personally and very quickly had the problem solved. We also only had 2 washcloths on arrival and she personally delivered to our unit as she was using another unit she own for a couple days. The elevators and valet service were fine during our stay, not slow at all. The main issues we had were with the resort itself and the staff who work here. They were very rude at times and made us feel unwelcome. We are from the South and generally friendly people who like to talk to people but here everyone seemed unfriendly. The unit itself was very clean and plenty of storage for whatever you might bring. The unit had many of things for your use such as pans, soap, utensils, etc. The only things missing in our opinions were an oven mitt, Dishtowels and dishrags if you like to cook some yourself. The appliances were top of the line.
