LV5 Upper Floor Suite

It was so well supplied and also incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

Very pleased with the place.

The home is much more spacious than the picture let on! It was a very comfortable stay. My only one comment for improvement is to change the shower head so it is a little stronger, and I’m not sure if it was the shower head or something else but the shower makes a high pitched noise while the hot water is on. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay!

Great location. Lots of space for the price. Extremely quiet considering it is the upstairs of someone’s home. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was dated but of good quality and comfortable. Perfect space.

Great place to stay to explore Zion, only 20-30 minute from the park. Nice, safe neighborhood. Property was clean and as described. Great communication and easy to check in/out. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked with everything you would need. Having Roku on the tv was a plus. Only negative was the beds weee hard, a foam topper would easily remedy this. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed just one night, enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable, great communication with hosts. My father has to sleep sitting up in a lounger, so he appreciated the comfy recliners. Thank you!

Perfect for us as we visited the nearby national park.

Our family of 4 adults stayed in La Verkin (LV5 - Upper Floor Suite) and had no issues whatsoever. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed. It was close to Zion National Park and we hiked during the day and relaxed in the evenings. I would recommend staying here.

The place is well placed, it has everything you need, it's quiet and private.I would recommend it and come again.

The place is great and easy access to main roads. Short drive to Zion.

Check in and out was so easy. Neighborhood felt so safe and very convenient for Zion and North Grand Canyon. Fridge had condiments and hosts had coolers and ice packs to use! Beds were very comfortable and back yard/entry was beautiful. Only surprises were sky light over one bed made it hard for my children to fall asleep (also a time change!) and bathroom was only accessible from bedroom. Weren't huge issues and would still have stayed. Hosts had an optional survey so they can be constantly improving! Wish we would have stayed another night and would definitely stay again!

The house had everything we needed for a short stay. Restaurants nearby were convenient, good quality and relatively inexpensive.

This property was perfect for our visit to Zion NP. It was about 30 minutes away from the park and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We stayed in the upstairs portion of the home and it was very comfortable and clean. Rich and Carolyn were terrific hosts and very responsive to questions. We would certainly choose this property again.
