Luxury Waterfront Condo

This is one special place to getaway from the noise. I truly enjoyed my stay. This unit is very very cleaned and easily accessible to anywhere in and around Coeur D' Alene area. I would definitely come back to this unit again, on the Riverfront of Bellevue. The kitchen and bathroom is fantastic.

Everything we needed was provided. Including the morning snowfall on the second day of our stay.

Very nice! Our expectations were high and we were not at all disappointed. We definitely will be checking for the availability next time we stay in Coeur d’Alene.

This place was awesome owner was communicative and detailed with all instructions. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen is large and has lots of counter space to prep and work with. But the best part is the river view.

Absolutely beautiful property with a stunning view. We loved the two restaurants below the property, centennial trail for our morning walks and cleanliness. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

The condo is lovely and well maintained. We had a problem getting into front door of the lobby, but quite easy access through the garage entrance.Besides the noise of the jet boats during the day and a little noise from the Peep restaurant below, the area was quiet. The hostess of the condo was very good to deal with as she responded to all questions and comments on a timely basis.Enjoyable stay by all.

Well kept and equipped townhome in a great location. The view from the balcony is stunning. Very clean and nicely decorated. Host proactively reached out multiple times to check in with us even though she was traveling herself.

This condo has a beautiful view of the river, is 5 min from downtown and close to shops/restaurants. The trail for walking and biking is right across the street. The host provides detailed instructions with photos for check-in and responds quickly to messages.

This is a fantastic condo. Extremely well-maintained and located. Peaceful. Great views. This place has it all!In a previous post, someone commented that the parking was tight. Not so. If you have a normal-size car/SUV, there is plenty of room. Also, the parking space is a few steps to the elevator, and the condo is on the 2nd floor - just down the hall. Pull into the garage, get your luggage out, and you’re not even 5-minutes to the unit.The owner is very helpful and provides excellent information and direction, before you check-in.Enjoy this place, and leave it as you find it - so others can enjoy it, too.

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen if you prefer eating in.. 2 Great restaurants on the plaza below covering everything from breakfast to dinner. And mutiple places to dine within walking distance!

Everything that we were looking for. Great barbecue weather and enjoyed sitting on the balcony having dinner. Great access to walking trail, downtown and restaurants. Had breakfast and lunch at Le Peeps and all meals were excellent.

Wonderful unit, location, amenities, communication. Every detail is covered. Truly a stress free, easy place to stay.

My wife and I are homebodies. We love going home...and being at home. But from time to time, we indulge in some away time. This condo was perfect. Waking up early...and watching the fog slowly burn off the clear river while ducks and geese landed in water...and eagles perching in nearby trees...was the ticket to relaxing in an overly electronic world. The condo's interior design was a pleasant mix of industrial and natural elements. The hosts have designed with the sense of providing guests comfort. We very much enjoyed staying here...and would again.

This turned out to be the perfect place to say - everything I'd hoped for a work-cation. Clean, beautiful, wonderful view, great kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, parking right next to the elevator. But, what was most important was the feeling of being there - it was just lovely

We needed a central location for a family visit and this was the perfect neutral location. The kitchen was complete if we wanted to eat in and even bake. We ate at Le Peep downstairs and it was fantastic. The mattress and sheets….divine. Reclining couch and fireplace so relaxing and the view…you can’t get much better. Thank you Lolita, we will stay again

The condo was in the perfevt location with a spectacular view of the lake. Amenities were first class from the furnishings, to quality of the comforts; bedding, towels, recliners, big screen TV, etc. Owner was so nice and flexible too.

River front property with luxurious floor to ceiling windows. We spent a good amount of time on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine & some snacks. Close to restaurants. River walk is very pleasant as it is pedestrian only. The Centennial Trail is a mixed use (bike & walk) trail that is also close by.

THE most well appointed VRBO we've ever had the pleasure of staying. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, but more delighted with everything we could possibly need. I'm unfortunately very picky, but this is now the place that all other rentals will be compared to for us. There was even starch! It felt like being at home. The View was spectacular and well as the location. Thank you Lolita for a wonderful stay in your 'home'.

Great location, clean condo, amazing view!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Great view of constant activity on Spokane River in convenient location. Covered garage parking, well equipped kitchen, quality furnishings and spacious living areas. Only disappointment was not being able to use the wonderful outdoor space due to extremely hot weather during our stay.
