Stayed Jan 7, 2026. We had a great time. The condo was amazing. Spent quite a bit of time at the pool and on the balcony at nights. Joes Pizza and Solumans Landing voted are best spots for dining out. We went Whale Watching, did a Fishing Charter and had a Beach Day . .

Stayed Feb 22, 2025The place is well cared for. Beautiful inside with a great view from above in the Pedregal of the town and water below. If you’re an early riser, you can relax as you watch the sunrise. Easy drive to the beach and marina area. Hosts are phenomenal to work with. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We come down a couple times a month and typically stay in San Jose. This condo had everything we needed. It was immaculate, well furnished, and had a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). The views of the bay are amazing and we were able to see the fireworks perfectly for New Years Eve. Cascadas is a very quiet complex in El Pedegral, and away from the hustle and bustle of town. You could still hear music at night with door open, but it was very distant. We would definitely stay here again!
