Stayed Jan 4, 2026Steve was a great host and very responsive to our requests. The location was great. We had access to all of the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodations could use a little TLC. Yet overall very pleased.

Stayed May 17, 2025I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I was in West Palm for a summer internship and stayed here for about two months.Check-in was smooth, and Al the doorman was especially welcoming and helpful. All the staff were equally kind and attentive throughout my stay.The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The building’s amenities were never too crowded and always worked well.The location is unbeatable—safe, walkable, and right above CityPlace, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and things to do.Steve was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful with detailed check-in/check-out info and great local recommendations, including restaurant happy hours!Highly recommend, especially for longer stays—10/10!

Stayed Jun 11, 2024We had a wonderful summer stay in this condo! The unit was perfect for our needs and was in beautiful, safe and lively area with great restaurants, shops and activities. Parking is included with this condo and is in a prime location. Great for long term stays! Steve is a fantastic and very responsive host. 5 stars!!

Stayed Jun 3, 2023I had a great stay at Steve’s condo. I was there for about 8 weeks and had no issues. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo building has friendly staff, a 24/7 doorman, and a great pool/hot tub. The location can’t be beat! Steve is very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
