-7 min drive to Newark Intl Airport
-10 min walking distance to Newark Symphony Halls

Every aspect of this studio has been artfully designed to bring luxury and life to this remodeled cozy studio space.

While this studio is equipped to host 2 people, we think the perfect size is 3.

We take great care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations

Is that a cloud you're sleeping on Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress on that full sized bed.

The leather couch can be pulled out for that 3rd person.

Basic cooking ingredients and culinary tools (including nonstick cookware) included.

Sure, drinking bottled water is a decent way to save money while maintaining hydration, but why not save money by using our installed Reverse Osmosis system that provides delicious, purified drinking water that bottled, and even commercial filter pitchers, cannot provide.

You have access to the basement studio with its own private entrance

While I am unavailable in person, I am just a short phone call away.

There can be limited street parking, but there is a parking lot across the street that provides reasonable daily rate.

If you’re tall, please watch your head, as the basement studio ceiling is 6-7 feet high.

We ask that you do not use the unfurnished backyard.

Please do not flush ANYTHING that is not toilet paper.

Please remember to list the number of guests on the Airbnb platform as the number of guests will be verified at the door with a ring camera according to the number of guests you listed on your reservation.
