I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For me it was a wonderful surprise. I had a problem in my previous stay and found this one in a hurry and I just loved it. The apartment is very comfortable and for me, who prefers to cook at home, the kitchen was perfect. I recommend the facilities, quiet environment, very clean, great parking and with regard to the proximity of the attractions, a matter of 15 minutes by car. Very quiet.

Very clean and well-equipped (happily surprised by dispensibles: paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soaps, hand soap, etc.; clear rental instructions; helpful guide book, generally very quiet.Room for improvement:Fix/replace unstable dining table,Towels shed massive lint,Never got key card to open fitness site down the road - decided not needed enough to call,4 hours Tuesday mornings landscaping noise stressful,Lack of proximate self-laundry an issue for month-long stay - fortunately family close by.

It was lovely, large for a studio wonderful surprise, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bath towels were soft and fluffy. It is a short drive to St. Augustine and a Costco close by. If we ever come back to visit we will come back
