Luxury Resort Condo, 3 BR/2 BA, Close to Disney

Very close to Disney, next door to outlets, and a fantastic swimming pool. Plenty of space, big bedrooms. I would definitely return.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament and turned it into a family vacation at universal.

My family and I had a great time at this property.We’ll be booking at this location again.

This property was great! Very clean and quiet and the pool was lovely. We were close to everything and Disney was very close and easy to get too. We would definitely stay here again!

The 3 bedroom condo worked very well for us. Lots of space. Having a kitchen allowed us to do breakfast at our own pace. Having access to the free shuttles to WDW, Universal and Seaworld was much appreciated. Also, having the outlet stores literally a block away was a great bonus.

This resort was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids ages 9 and 10). It was so nice to have laundry and a full kitchen to prepare meals. However, I do wish the kitchen was better equipped with cooking wears (a frying pan and baking pan would have been nice). The proximity to the parks was great making it a perfect spot to come back to for a mid day break. The kids loved the pirate pool and made friends right away. We will 100% recommend this location to friends

We had a great time. The apartment fits the description. It is big and complete.The host were great.

The location of the property was ideal for exploring both Universal and Disney. The condo itself was clean and well cared for. We arrived late on Christmas and had a good meal at the Irish pub on the first floor.

The property’s size is good. It needs a thorough cleaning and some serious updating. Needs new mattresses, carpet, appliances, cookware and furniture. We were in Building 1. We have stayed in the other buildings and the accommodations were much better. I won’t rent this property again.

The apartment was lovely, clean, well furnished, excellent location. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Free parking is a super bonus. However, the apartment location being by the small private pool seemed to encourage a louder type of visitor who wanted to party outside to music until 2-3AM or later. The visitors arriving at midnight and smashing around caused us to leave the master bedroom for another room. The resort was of no help during this issue. The resort also seems to have problems with its key cards as I had to go back to reception multiple times because the keys kept failing to unlock the doors.

We loved it, and so did our grandchild!!! Lots for the kids to do, and pool was fabulous!!!

Lovely rental accommodation and suited us perfectly. Very clean, spacious and comfortable, 3 bed 2 bathroom. Great location for Disney, 10 mins away by car. Communal areas were well serviced and staff were very helpful. Pool areas are lovely with plenty of seating and towels to use. We will definitely book this accommodation again next time we visit. This resort is unlike any I have ever stayed at. The suite had a really bad odor when you first walk each time. They do not offer you an instruction booklet of any kind. The folks there are not very friendly and/or helpful. The pirate ship water park was nice but be very cautious about buying drinks from the bar. Ask how much for the drink of interest before asking for it. We also didn’t get the 3 bedroom. We were changed to a two bedroom. Also other customers have no respect for others. There is a lot of doors banging and people being loud at night time. They need to enforce a quiet time at night. Luxury this place is not. Just proceed with caution.

We have stayed on Ken's properties for probably 5 years now. Never had any issues. Property was good and great communication with Ken. Had to change our dates slightly and he was very helpful, making it work for us. Thanks again Ken. See you next year!

We knew about this complex from a prior stay in a different unit. Location is great, close to everything Disney and still convenient to Universal and the convention center for our volleyball tournament. The bed in the master bedroom could use replacing and the shower pressure in that room was really weak. Otherwise it was a nice unit.
