Great location. Walking distance to coligny plaza. Beach access, can’t beat that. Condo needs some updating but overall, great place.

We loved how close it was near the beach

Dirty towels left in gatbafe bag. Refrig and dishwasher smelled of fish or fish bait. Decor and location were wonderful.

We loved being so close to Coligny and the ocean. Loved the laundry in our place and our balcony. Renovations beautiful. Wish there had been a couple basic cleaning products available as I like to clean throughout the week, like the sink and toilet. Had to clean clogged drains in both bathroom sink and shower but otherwise this is 5 stars as these are such minor complaints!

Clean newly renovated condo with a great view.

This is a lovely condo. It has nice new appliances, comfortable furniture, a great location and a wonderful view. Having an in unit washer/dryer was great. The matress was wonderful (we should have checked the make!) The night guard was courteous and very helpful when we arrive in the rain. I would recommend this rental.

Jennifer is an awesome host. The only thing I would change is a more comfy couch! It is a lovely place and we enjoyed being there. Any issue was immediately addressed by Jennifer. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

This condo is very nicely renovated and in a beautiful location; super close to Coligny! The view of the water is amazing. We had a great week in Hilton Head!

Everything was perfect. The newly redone condo gorgeous. Absolutely beautifully done. Everything was very clean and the few from the condo is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same spot again.

Room was very clean, except ceiling fans extremely dusty. I liked the view from the balcony, but would have loved watching the ocean from the bed. Room was smaller that expected. Host was very informative and responsive. I never received a phone number for direct contact, but I didn't inform the host. The concierge team provided excellent service and support, to include trouble shooting car issues.

We had a fantastic day. The property was great and we have stayed at this resort many times. Fantastic all around.

Excellent! Remodel was great and convenient to everything. Beautiful oceanfront view from the private balcony. Mattress was comfortable. Sheets didnt stay on real well. TV in bedroom did not work entire time but we made do! Perfect for 2 people. We absolutely love staying at Jennifer's place!! Will be back!

Beautiful condo and the perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head! The unit was very clean and recently remodeled, just as advertised. The location is perfect—an easy walk to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants and shops. One unexpected highlight was the chance to feed a friendly deer that visited our balcony in the mornings and evenings—such a special experience! We’d definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised, clean, modern, and oceanfront. Very walkable area. Coligny Plaza was across the street; easy walking access to restaurants and shops. Owner was very attentive to our minor issues.

First time being to Hilton Head. What a great place. Beautiful. Location was great. Just step out and you can find many shops and places to eat within steps. My only complaint was only having 2 wash clothes. So we washed alot. Lol Lords wlling Ill be back to the same condo. Very pleased!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location was walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. We only needed our car to go to the outlet mall. Will definitely rebook this condo!!

First of all the Host, Jennifer was so amazing and helpful. She stayed in contact with us throughout the booking process and answered any questions we may of had.The pictures online are exactly what the unit has. One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. All the amenities were top of the line which made our stay so memorable. If you want rest and relaxation no need to look any further than this unit.We live in San Diego and if we return to Tybee Island this will be our destination.

The beachfront property was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each evening overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and up to date. Although the bed was comfortable, the sheet was tattered and torn and the bedcovering looked old and was stained. A small thing perhaps but takes away from the otherwise really nice condo. Also, the VRBO photos show a pool with the pool bar. That is the adjacent property. The property pool is nice, but no pool bar and little shade from the SC sun. Perhaps not misleading, but it had me fooled.

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head on our first visit. This unit is so great! Was perfect for 2 adults. It has a great view of the ocean! The beach, shopping, and dining were so very close. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would highly recommended this unit!

Love the condo. So perfect for the two of us and so close to everything. The king bed is very comfortable. I really liked the hands free toilet flush. The beach is just steps away.

The recent remodeling was terrific! Great location - direct beach view from the 2nd floor. Close to everything - restaurants, shops, bikes, etc. Good communication with the property owner - Jennifer. Convenient parking.

The unit was remodeled and well equipped. The location is great for those that wish to be walking distance to Coligny activity yet private with an unobstructed ocean view. The bed was excellent but I missed my pillow.

Not only is the view unbeatable, but this newly renovated condo is perfection! Jennifer, from start to finish was the perfect host. She answered any and all questions immediately. The furnishings in this home are top quality and the location is ideal for getting to stores, restaurants, golf and bike trails. We will be back!

The location of this condo was facing the beach and a short walk from the ocean. We enjoyed the balcony and spent every morning drinking our coffee watching the ocean. It was that he perfect place for a quick getaway and very conveniently located to shopping, dining and the beach.

Vacationing on Hilton Head Island is always a great time and this place made it even better. The view of the beach is spectacular and the close proximity to everything was unbeatable. The condo is clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and if needed responds quickly. I can’t wait to come back!

The unit was clean but could use some new furniture and a dehumidifier. The floor I don’t feel is dirty but does transfer the stain from the tile to your feet. There was a musty smell to the room when you walked in. The owner must have recently updated the televisions and there are two new large tvs. The proximity to the beach and Cologny Plaza were awesome. This unit is a value for the money as you really can’t beat the view! We spent a lot of time at the beach and on the deck listening to the ocean.

We have been renting from Jennifer for years. Great location for both beach activities and centrally located to area attractions. Great for kids and family!
