Luxury Remodeled Direct-Oceanfront Penthouse--Panoramic Ocean and Beach Views!

This is a fabulous villa right on the beach front in Palmetto Dunes. Clean, comfortable and well appointed the villa has everything need for a wonderful stay. The property was recently repainted and looks bright and welcoming. The pool deck was redone last year and is a great place to spend a few hours relaxing. The host are easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure your visit is the best it can be.

My brother and I treated our parents to a trip to Hilton Head Island in celebration of their 50th anniversary. My parents are picky, so we did a lot of research before selecting Palmetto-Sunrise-On-The-Ocean. I don't think we could've selected anything better!Jan is a fantastic host. She is prompt, thorough, and courteous in her communications from pre-booking to check-out. She helped make our parents' anniversary (and, incidentally, my birthday) extra special.The condo is beautiful and has been fully updated. The colors and decor are light and bright, and the furniture is comfortable. (My parents noted the bed was more comfortable than theirs at home.) The layout was perfect for our family of four. The patios were ideal for sitting, watching the ocean, and listening to the waves while enjoying a glass of wine.The condo's location is perfect: a quiet area but still centrally located and within walking distance, a bike ride, or a short drive to everything. The complex is well maintained. The pools are clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. We particularly liked the tranquility of the adult pool.The unit doesn't include a lot of consumable supplies. Be prepared to pack/buy several items like facial tissues, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and beach towels to name a few. This may be standard in this area. Regardless, Jan outlines what she provides in her pre-arrival package. Bottom line: We are getting ready to book Jan's condo for next year, which says it all!

The unit itself was pristine, spacious and oh, that view ! Kitchen was updated and so well stocked. This is a very desirable location-close to pools and beach. My only star deduction applies to the building maintenance. They should pay more attention to the hall cleanliness and maintenance. It did not meet the excellence of the unit we rented. Do not hesitate to rent this unit.

Fantastic layout and well thought out by the owner in beautiful Palmetto Dunes. 1M views from either one of two balconies and the inside sitting area is just as good but with air conditioning. Comfortable beds & linens. Artistic paintings by Candance Lovely throughout. Above & Beyond experience. We've been to Hilton Head many times and this is by far the best stay we have had.

This condo is beautiful with awesome views. Owner was very responsive with any questions. The property grounds were nice as well. Since we were two adult couples, we enjoyed the tranquility of the adult pool. Also loved the location of Villamere within the Palmetto Dunes resort as it was very central. We golfed twice in the Palmetto Dunes Resort; and would recommend the Robert Trent Jones course as there wasn't a dedicated driving range for the George Fazio course and so we didn't get to warmup since the Robert Trent Jones driving range was too crowded. We participated in the well-attended pickleball round robin (extra fee) at Palmetto Dunes resort within walking distance. Great workout and fun to play with others in the area. Would be nice if beach towels were included, versus having to to travel with them. Also, the window coverings are not blackout, with the sun coming in each morning. I just wear an eye mask so it didn't bother me; but good to know.Would definitely recommend this rental to others and would be happy to come back again!

First trip to Hilton Head for our three year old grandson with his parents and grandparents (us). We’ve been visiting the island for 35 years and both of my boys grew up visiting often and frequently. This condo is a beautiful two bedroom villa located in the perfect location. Great place to create beautiful family memories.

Absolutely fantastic condo! Best sunrise and ocean views from the balcony. Close and easy access to pool and beach. Great communication with host. Nice to have beach chairs supplied for use during stay. Would definitely stay here again!

First, I have to say that I do not know the owners of the condo. That being said, this property is spectacular! The view is beyond what they they describe. Oh my God, it is GREAT. The condo itself is great too. The kitchen has all the supplies you need and they are good quality. The decorating is top of the line and the beds are so comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and you are so close to the ocean. We had trouble getting the cable where we could 15 years now and this is the BEST watch regular TV and Mike came over personally and got it working. This is 10 star property!

We took our 2 grandsons on a little vacation while on school Spring break. The weather was great and the accommodations even better! Jan was great throughout the entire process with very thorough communications. We couldn't have lucked out with a better host! Thanks again Jan for making our stay GREAT!

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was one of the nicest with regard to the finishes and decorator touches. Location couldn't be better within walking distance of golf courses. Plenty of outside relaxation places without the crowds.

This was the perfect location and condo for a very memorable vacation. Absolutely beautiful views! It was a great accommodation for 2 couples and was very well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I decided to visit Hilton Head for a quiet vacation week. We could not have found a better space. The unit was very nicely appointed and the view was magnificent. Everything was as described in the listing. The owner was excellent with communications and responding to questions. Plan to visit again.

We were looking for a place to stay with direct views of the water. This fit the bill perfectly. The condo appears to be somewhat newly renovated. There are four beach chairs available in the entry closet. The beds are pretty comfortable, the wifi is great, and the view can't be beat! The only minor issue that has been mentioned in some other reviews is the sun streaming in the windows in the morning is bright. Blackout curtains or shades would be nice. The wife ended up draping an extra blanket over the shades to help keep it out for the kids. Getting in and out of the community is easy, just remember to stop at office at the entry to Palmetto Dunes and not the security stop further into the community to pick up your parking pass. The family pool is nice and has wide stairs and a splash area for littles. There are bathrooms nearby. The beach is fabulous. Tidepools formed every afternoon that provided lots of adventures. It is close to Coligny without being in the heart of traffic. We would definitely stay here again if we head back to HHI. The hosts were wonderful and provide a lot of helpful information regarding the condo and the area.

We had a wonderful time on the island. The views from morning to night are just beautiful with an added benefit of the property overlooking the pool. This property had everything we needed for restorative time away with family.
