Stayed Aug 1, 2021Ideal location to walk everywhere and enjoy all Petoskey has to offer. Very nice accommodations, although lots of stairs and a bit limited on kitchen supplies. Only other suggestion is to get mats under area rugs, as floors are very slippery and rugs all posed serious tripping hazard.

Stayed Apr 10, 2021All was wonderful! Very luxurious accommodation with everything that you would wish for in location, comfort and charm. Appreciated the extra touches of fireplace, beautiful kitchen, and the bedroom chaise lounge overlooking the water and trees from which you can look at the birds with provided binoculars. Looking forward to returning often.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were fortunate enough to stay at the condo this past fall. The condo was wonderful and the location was ideal. It was tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to all the downtown Petoskey shops and restaurants. Waking up to the view of the Bay was spectacular! We will definitely return!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Modern and beautifully maintained. New construction. All the amenities you could want or need. Meticulously mainteded. Large and roomy. Love the decor and more. Great location. for shopping walking to parks and town. Boating, state park close by. Beautiful view of Traverse Bay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969In the Heart of Petoskey. Beautiful view of the water, love the balcony. Looks like it was decorated by Chip and Jojo from HGTV. Cleanest place I have ever rented. Garage is great for parking and storing skis. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 1, 2016Staying at this property was such a special treat! There was plenty of room for all of our family members. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets, linens and towels. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with everything that we needed. The air conditioner wasn't working properly when we arrived, but Doug and Julie (property managers) took care of it immediately. This location cannot be beat. Steps away from trails, marina and downtown Petoskey. We loved this property!

Stayed Dec 5, 2015This is a beautiful new condo in the heart of Petoskey. The location can't be beat. It is close to everything; within walking distance to town; yet trails and nature are just out your front door. A perfect combination. We highly recommend!
