Perched above the shores of Indian Shores, this spacious 2,580 sq. ft. penthouse offers endless Gulf views, spectacular sunsets, and all the comforts of home, just steps from the sand.

Designed for up to 12 guests, the penthouse features two king suites, a queen bedroom, and a fun bunk room perfect for kids or extra guests. With two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, everyone has space to unwind.

The open-concept living area is bright and airy, with windows that fill the space with natural light and frame the ocean views. Step out onto your private balcony to sip morning coffee, watch dolphins glide by, or toast to another perfect sunset over the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, with modern appliances, a large island, and plenty of space to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together. Dine indoors or take it outside for al fresco meals with a view.

You'll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay — air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, smart TVs, and thoughtful touches throughout. The building also offers a heated outdoor pool, perfect for a quick dip after the beach.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

No smoking indoors – You're welcome to smoke outside, just please dispose of butts responsibly.

No parties or events – Our neighborhood is quiet, so please keep noise to a respectful level.

Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM – Need to arrive early or leave late Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

Minimum rental age – The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

Nightly Rate – Based on standard occupancy of 8 guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night will apply for groups that exceed the standard occupancy, up to the maximum occupancy limit of 12 guests. Please ensure to enter the correct count of guests upon booking to avoid confusion.

Guest list required – For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

Sign the rental agreement – Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Parking – There are 2 parking spaces designated for this unit. They are located in the garage on the ground level underneath the building. Both spots are next to the elevator and are marked PH5. Parking is not allowed in any other spaces unless marked Guest. Parking permits are required for all vehicles and must be clearly displayed on the dashboard. The parking permits are located inside the unit, typically placed in a large bowl on the table near the half bathroom. Please ensure they are returned to the same bowl before you check out. A $100 fee will apply for each permit that is not returned. No boats, trailers, or large trucks are allowed to park in the complex. Vehicles improperly parked without a permit will be towed.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.

Guests planning to bring pets must provide the following information before arrival:
• Pet breed
• Weight
• Age

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED OR UNDISCLOSED PETS—even if tied to a car parked in the property's parking spaces—will result in a $500 fee per pet and may also lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

PET FEES
Pet fees are paid separately after the reservation is confirmed, as they are not included in the reservation amount.

First Pet
• $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Second Pet
• $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights)
• $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period

Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat.

RESTRICTED BREED POLICY
Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay.

The policy must:
• Cover the entire duration of the reservation
• Provide liability coverage for the pet
• List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured
• A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in.

Short-term policies are commonly available through providers such as Thimble or NerdWallet.

• Bullmastiff
• Presa Canario
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Pit Bull Terrier
• American Staffordshire Terrier

Note: Mixed breeds containing these breeds may also be restricted.

PET RULES
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and neighbors:
• Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless crated.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
• Excessive barking or disturbances may require the pet to be removed from the property.
• Any damage caused by pets is the guest's responsibility.

SAFETY POLICY
For safety and insurance reasons, the following are not permitted:
• Exotic animals
• Aggressive animals
• Pets with any bite history
• Trained attack or protection animals

SERVICE ANIMALS
• Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.

    We loved our stay here! The views of both the gulf and the from the 10th floor were stunning. We were there over the 4th of July and the firework show right off the balcony were incredible! The beds were comfy, the rooms spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge kept everything cold! We had the best family time despite the Florida storms popping up out of no where! The building was clean we had lots of fun in the pool!!

    We stayed here during spring break - the unit is amazing - appears recently renovated and the location was just perfect. Views / sunset breathtaking. We loved everything about this unit. Thanks for sharing such a great place with us.
