Stayed Jun 6, 2025My Family and I really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, especially at night! Location was perfect and the beach was easily accessible.Our Host Dmitri was there to greet us upon our arrived as well. I would definitely recommend. Thank You for everything Dmitri.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024This was my first VRBO booking so I was a bit nervous. The property was exactly as pictured - very beautiful! The location is awesome and the views were spectacular! Everything is very close. The Valet guys are awesome and so helpful. They gave us great recommendations. Dmitri was super nice and very helpful. I would definitely come back! Thank you Dmitri :)

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Every bed of the penthouse was fantastic. Three balconies were awesome. The master bedroom was over the top. The group was myself (77 yrs), daughter, and 2 grands (22 and 25). The purpose of our trip was for them to go to Taylor Swift concert at Hard Rock Stadium. We stayed for seven days taking a couple of days for a trip down to Key West. The valet parking was a great convenience and the $10 per day was well worth it to valet. Dimetri was a perfect host. His luscious Condo. was by far the best place we have ever stayed and we do quite a bit of traveling using VRBO. If ever back in that area, I would definitely stay again. I will add there are several wonderful places to eat as well. One of our favorites was.Quarterdeck in Hollywood. Thanks for everything Demitri .

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We had a weekend stay prior to our cruise and this penthouse unit was perfect for the 7 of us. Check in was easy and flexible. The unit is well equipped with comfortable beds and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The highlight was the large balcony and being steps from the beach! We’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 31, 2024We had a wonderful family trip and made great memories at the penthouse on Hallandale beach! The property was very nice and clean and convenient to the beach! Dimitri was a great host and was available to answer all questions in a timely manner. Great place!

Stayed May 22, 2024We had a wonderful time. Stunningly clean windows inside and out for a panoramic view of the intercostal and city. Walking and delivery distance from Walmart. The kitchen has most things - lots of silverware, pots, and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and lots of other things we didn't use. There was no pizza pan (that I found) but there was another pan that was big enough to work for us. We bought foil pans for breakfast casserole. I feel like you should wait to shop until you arrive at VRBO's in general because it always varies. Get in, look around and then get what you need. Great communications with Dmitri. At this time of year the air conditioner struggles to keep up. You need to be mindful. When we return to the area this will be our go to place.
