    Our stay at Roxana’s condo was perfect. The location is extremely convenient to get to by car or taxi, includes parking and the neighborhood is dreamy. We loved going to local restaurants, strolling through the holiday market, and hopping on the seabus to get to downtown Vancouver. Everything you might need during your stay is within walking distance - grocery store, drug store, liquor store, etc. The location is GREAT. The condo itself was immaculately cleaned, included well stocked supplies and the kitchen was fully equipped. The building is very secure and quiet. Roxana was a great host and responds very fast to messages. I would highly recommend staying here.

    Roxana was an excellent host with great communication. The check in process was simple and the accommodations have everything one could need. It is a fine place to stay and enjoy Vancouver.

    I can’t say enough about this condo. Top-of-the-line appliances and well appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Lots to do right in the neighborhood. Communication with Roxana was excellent.

    It was a very nice property. Great location, so easy to take the SeaBus and get to downtown Vancouver in 15 minutes. Plus, lots of places within easy walking distance, e.g., restaurants, groceries, alcohol, pharmacy, etc. The property was very nicely appointed and in excellent condition. It had everything (and more) that I needed. The only downside is that it is above a busy street and it is pretty noisy if you open the windows. But the traffic subsides in the evening and is much less on the weekend. If you are very sensitive to noise, you might not like. I am pretty sensitive to noise, but I found it tolerable, especially with the windows closed. Plus, the upsides of this property far exceed the downside of the noise.

    Bright, modern, comfortable, and well appointed with everything a person could want in a home away from home. Fantastic location. Our high expectations were exceeded. We loved our stay here!
