Views from room are spectacular! Superb amenities! Incredibly quiet despite being so close to food, shopping, and excursion venues. Room provided high degree of privacy without sacrificing view. Communication with host was quick and responsive. Absolutely our recommendation of places to stay. If we ever get chance to return to Maui, this is where we will stay.

This apartment has amazing views and was clean. The grounds were well kept and manicured. However, it has a big roach problem! Infestation! There were different sizes/ages of roaches we experienced for 9 days. They were in the bathroom, closet, kitchen and our bed. Maui paradise properties had the audacity to ask us to take pictures. We did take photos of the smashed ones, not to mention they scatter and are fast. Clearly we were in kill mode not picture taking mode. I’m pretty sure in one of the pictures by the bathroom mirror it is roach excrement not mold because of the consistency. Although there have been rains that can bring them out, we have never experienced this going to Maui or Kauai for the past 5 years. It is unacceptable to rent out a property that has a well known roach issue.The remedy was roach traps and raid. My husband sprayed the apartment more than once.I was told occasionally they use an exterminator for this particular property. All these apartments are individually owned and managed and I spoke with several other tenants in the building and our son who was staying at another Maui Paradise Property and none of them had roaches what so ever. I’ve been told that they will contact me for compensation, but I’m not holding my breath. I will update if there was any compensation awarded. But quite honestly compensation will not take away the fact that we dealt with roaches our entire vacation.

The condo was exactly as pictured and the proximity to the beach and pool areas were amazing. The view from the lanai was exceptional. The location was close to many places to eat, shop, or join excursions. We loved our stay and would book again!

The most incredible views ever. Whale watch from your deck, clean, sweet unit. I love it here! The property is great, well located.

Fabulous place right on the beach. Clean, great walking distance to bars and restaurants. Loved the board walk, watching whales and turties from balcony. The rental folks were amazing with communications, fixing a few things we didn’t really notice….very attentive.

The Condo was wonderful! There are plenty amenities and the bed was very comfortable! The unit was clean and welcoming!

The location is amazing ! Grounds and jungle type entry was magical. The view from the 7th floor was our absolute favorite ! While we were there for our 2 weeks stay we got to see Honu, Whales and beautiful sunsets daily from our lanai . The Unit was clean and comfortable and owner was responsive. Special touch with island treats and coffee.

The host was very responsive, helpful and precise. The apartment was well appointed - everything was very thoughtful. Views are unparallel and we enjoyed our Lanai - the turtles arrived to greet us everyday and every time we went to the Lanai. One day two turtles came out of the ocean to catch some sun and we were able to capture unique memories with pictures. Absolutely amazing stay and kudos to the property management team - they are the best (and we travel a lot!)

Beautiful condo and lanai providing front row seating to the ocean! Watching the sunsets, whales, turtles, seals and the moon capture the perfect Maui vacation. Highly recommend Maui Paradise Properties for the perfect vacation!

My husband and I stayed at this property for our babymoon. The room was clean and spacious! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the building itself provided us with extra beach towels, bbq, pool and hot tub which was an added bonus. You can’t beat the location and view. We were whale watching every day from our balcony and saw turtles hanging out by the beach daily. Thanks to the host our stay was magical!

If you're hesitant about booking don't be. Amazing views. It's the closest condo to the water and is parallel to the water not perpendicular like some. Waves sounded amazing, sunsets were amazing, and the whale watching amazing as well. Never a fight to get a chair and parking was easy. Maybe some better balcony furniture? Very quick to respond to any needs.

Our stay was wonderful. The balcony is right on the water with what I believe has to be one of the best views on the island. Room was as listed. Beach was nice for being right outside the property but was a bit rocky however great for snorkeling as we saw multiple sea turtles. Would definitely stay again
