Stayed Oct 5, 2024Drove 14 hours, got in and immediately found area was being advised to take hurricane preparations. Notified owner and was immediately told no refund would be issued unless evacuation was mandated. Didn’t ask about a refund. Only stayed 2 out 7 nights because safety was first. Notified owner we were checking out early and again was reminded no refunds. Turned out we got refund for about half the trip which I felt was fair. Owner as always responsive. Condo is nice, not extravagant at all, decent location but no frills.

Cleanliness’s Bed Comfort Eminities CONS: Needs immediate replacement of rug I living room area When heavy ran comes water runs in front door causing musty smell Carpets stained in both bedroom Couch and chairs outdated and not very comfortable All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to it again but if you could correct these few items it would be awesome Thanks Ed

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Property was perfect! Had everything this family of 4 could ever need! Pool and rooftop deck were awesome! Grills, cornhole and shuffleboard were added bonuses! Great beach access and walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, beach shops, restaurants, etc. Communication with staff was flawless and extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!!
