Luxury oceanfront condo w/ Breathtaking views. Lazy River, pools, hot tubs.

The Avista property has seen better days, but what you are paying for is oceanfront, ocean view, and a quick walk to the beach. The condo we stayed in could not be considered “luxury” by any definition. But, I might stay at Avista again, just for the reason of location, even though I’m accustomed to staying in nicer properties.

This is my second time staying on the Grand Strand and I was not disappointed. The condo was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything my family needed for a week stay with children. The view was second to none and check in was relatively simple, although we arrived early and the room was not yet ready. That was a minor inconvenience as the kids were overtired and needing to nap. Also, to no fault of the property owners, the parking situation is horrid. The garage is across the street (which sucks in general) and I’ve never seen such a poorly designed structure - my small SUV could barely fit! One thing that I was confused on in the $90 cleaning fee that I was responsible for paying when we were instructed to leave the condo in “good standing” and basically clean the place ourselves. Why would I pay to have it cleaned when I’m doing the cleaning myself? Despite those few things, I would stay at the Avista again. Beware, the pool is not as clean as it probably could be but we were here for the ocean anyways! Overall, 5 stars because my family and I had a great time and we will certainly be back. We love North Myrtle Beach!

Shannon had excellent communication and responded quickly to questions. The property was as listed, ocean view, perfect size for 4 adults and a child. We had everything we needed, even some extras that we didn’t expect like games, beach toys, chairs and cooler. The staff were friendly, eager to help and even provided tips to make our beach days easier.The resort even held paint & sips, activities for children and special evening meals and activities. It was a vacation that won’t soon be forgotten.

The room was very clean. Kitchen was stocked, and the view was perfect.

We had a great stay. The unit was perfect for our family. The kids loved the sand toys and we appreciated the chairs and the umbrella. The unit was clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.!!Sorry I didn’t sign the guest book . It got a little hectic checking out..

We had an amazing stay overall! The view from the balcony was absolutely perfect—truly the highlight of the trip. Having the beach right outside made it completely worth the money, and we spent so much time just soaking it all in.The unit itself is a bit dated, with older fixtures that could use some updating. It also would have been helpful to have a few more essentials on hand, like extra garbage bags and properly stocked soap (the dispenser seemed to be mostly water).A note to future renters: this location is about 30 minutes from the main attractions like Broadway at the Beach and the SkyWheel area. We actually enjoyed that, as North Myrtle Beach is a bit quieter and more relaxed—but it’s something to be aware of depending on what kind of trip you’re planning.That said, the location (for us) and view more than made up for those small drawbacks. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a beautiful beachfront getaway!

Beautiful ocean front view, plenty of space for parents and our teenager in the two bedrooms and bathrooms, condo was clean and well furnished. We would like to return when the weather is warmer!

Unit was very clean and we found it exactly as described. The luggage concierge gentlemen were amazing and went way above and beyond to help unload and reload our vehicles.

Everything was great. The accomodations, view, beach, weather, restaurants, shopping, grand childten visiting, one week with our daughter. Everything! The beds were comfy, the shower had a nice steady spray, tv had channels we like, ice in the freezer, nice coffee maker. Everything was great!!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean and had beautiful views. Check-in was easy and the resort had great amenities.

Check-in was easy as well as parking garage. Condo was clean with a beautiful view of the beach. Definitely would recommend.

The room gave a great view of the ocean, sun rise or sunset was awesome on the beach. After 2 days of rain the beach was loaded.The rooms had everything you needed and so did the kitchen.One last thing is the patio door did not lock.

The resort was beautiful and had more activities than anticipated. The unit was as described with clear views of the ocean. Unexpected surprise was the soaking tub in the unit. We will be staying here again.

We loved the access to the beach and pool. The neighborhood was nice and the condo was very clean! Make sure you bring beach towels and shampoo/conditioner.

Nice condo, I wish I would have noticed there wasn’t a washer and dryer available. Also we only had 3 trash bags and 3 rolls of toilet paper. The hotel wouldn’t give us extra because it wasn’t one of their units. Was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Room was very clean ( highly important to me).We didn't like the beds but everyone has different preference when it comes to beds.Furniture not comfortable and not enough.View is amazing!Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed my stay the Condo was really nice and view was gorgeous.

This was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I’m so happy that we found this unit! It was bright, refreshing, and most importantly clean. We had absolutely no issues and did appreciate all of the staff at the resort as well. The only downside is the parking garage. It is tight and you have to walk across the street just that has nothing to do with the actual stay/unit and honestly isn’t a deal breaker.

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.

Great family vacation. Excellent location. Will definitely return.

Overall I was very impressed with this condo and my stay. The only complaint I have is the comfiness of the living room furniture but other than that everything was wonderful

Not worth the price, incomplete discrimination, parking bad, not enough towels, furniture was subpar, I thought the picture they showed in the advertisement inaccurate .

Our experience was amazing! We stayed in North Myrtle Beach to get away from the crowds and but still be around hustle and bustle. It was wonderful! The resort was clean and great for a family. The pool and lazy river was a vacation saver with colder weather. The beds were very comfy and we had all the beach things we needed. We cannot thank the host enough. If we come back to North Myrtle Beach, we will for sure stay here!

This is a great condo located right on the beach, everything you need is there. Great place to stay!

We had a great time. Condo was within walking distance to Main Street with plenty of places to eat and or shop.

Location was great, amenities were abundant, unit was squeaky clean. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. Unit has a wonderful view. Beds were soooo comfortable. Kitchen was not well stocked. Needs a toaster and newer/cleaner pans. Several lights out and a few flickering. The exhaust fan in one bath didn’t work. The two accent chairs were not comfortable. But overall, we had a great friends’ weekend.

The property is very nice, clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely return to this resort. However, this unit is in need of updating. A toaster would be nice as well as a beach cart. Small things make a difference. A few other minor concerns but overall a great location .
