This brand-new construction top floor waterfront condo on the “Hawaiian Island” is finally finished and here to impress! Featuring gorgeous luxury finishes, panoramic views of the main channel at the 3-mile marker, and three spacious bedrooms all with full private bathrooms. Top floor views! Plus, a zero-entry pool with mushroom fountain!

Take note: There is no trailer parking at this complex. **Elevator is non operational.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features gorgeous luxury finishes, including granite countertops, vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, Keurig duo, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a large breakfast bar with seating for six, as well as a dining room table with four chairs.

Living Room
The living room features a large sectional, double sided electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and a huge wall of sliding glass doors that open to the screened in balcony.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king size bed, nightstands, and a double-sided fireplace. This room also has a private sliding glass door out to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, and a large tile shower.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, nightstand, and a large closet. This room has a private attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom also features a queen-size bed, nightstand, and a large closet. This room also has a private attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Outside
Out on the screened in waterfront balcony you will find a large patio table with seating for eight, and several other patio furniture pieces, plus a gas barbecue grill.

Dock
Down at the community dock there is a 12x36 boat slip available for rent.

Neighborhood Description
The Isla Del Sol condo complex is located at the 3-mile marker on the North Shore. By boat, this complex is just minutes from tons of the lakes’ most popular bars and restaurants including Neon Taco, Shady Gators, Coconuts, H-Toads, and more! This complex is just 20 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip by car. The complex offers access to a zero-entry pool with mushroom fountain as well!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    My family and I had the best time here! The place is just as beautiful as the pictures, clean and so spacious for 6 people! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The saltwater pool was also a huge plus!

    Condo itself was beautiful. Elevator hasn’t worked in over a year still a lot of construction and trash all over and weeds everywhere. Wouldn’t stay here again this price.

    Gorgeous condo with spectacular views from screened-in porch! Modern decor with well stocked kitchen. 3 bedrooms w/3 bathrooms, excellent. Only complaint, elevator not working. Outdoor pool a little small but had a lovely view. No direct access to beach/lake.

    Communication throughout the process has been stellar. SHORES Vacation Rentals was quick to respond, and while we did have a few challenges, it was no fault of SHORES and they were quick to offer assistance. The condo is beautiful. The screened balcony is very helpful to keep lake gnats out of the space. The layout of the three bedrooms is such that each room has privacy. By far, this unit was the most stocked kitchen we have experienced. Spices, cookware, tupperware, to-go cups, coffee, and the list goes on and on. We will be looking for SHORES homes for our next trip.

    The owners really thought about everything! There were plenty of paper goods and towels for everyone. The house was very clean and owner communication was excellent. There were a few issues (bathroom electrical outlets didn’t work, elevators were not in service) but overall, we really enjoyed our weekend. The dog bowls and toys were a sweet touch for our fur baby.
