Stayed Jan 15, 2021The house is beautiful and Roberto was an amazing host! The pool was amazing and warm with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house was large and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues that we did NOT complain about to Roberto because they didn't effect our stay. But, the house was very warm during the day. There is only AC in the bedrooms. However, we didn't spend a lot of time IN the house. We were out on the deck and in the pool. My biggest complaint was there was no hot water. We took a very fast cool showers. My biggest issue which is out of Roberto's control was, the lift to the beach broke down three times. We got stuck twice on the lift and had to wait for help to come to reset it. If you rent this house I would not advise using the lift at night when no one is around. There are stairs that go down to the beach. We wound up using them the rest of the time. Again, these were minor issues and we still had an amazing time at Roberto's house. The water in the ocean was very warm and clean. It's a nice clean beach as well. There are a couple of homeless dogs that the people at the marina take care of that are so cute and friendly. They greeted us every day and never bothered us! We loved them. The area to and from the beach is filled with beautiful trees and flowers. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely stay here! The house, the pool, the patio and bbq area are all worth the stay! Overall I highly recommend this house! I would definitely stay here again!
