Stayed Sep 4, 2025We absolutely loved our stay at The Pelican Perch. The condo is absolutely beautiful, huge, and very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need if you’re interested in cooking. The patio has an ocean view and comfortable furniture. It’s a close walk to the beach. We loved using the golf cart to take into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Awesome place. Family had a fantastic time. It was our fifth year vacationing in St. Simon, our first time at this location. The place is amazing. Plenty of space. Location to the beach and restaurants is great. We got a lot of use out the bikes and golf cart provide. It was also a big plus having the beach chairs available. We also made use of turning ping table during the rainy parts of the day. We would definitely like to come back.

It was so nice having the beach chairs, tent and golf cart. We had everything we needed for the best family vacation! Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We stayed at the Pelican Perch for my daughter's wedding weekend at the King and Prince. The accommodations were just perfect for 2 couples and 2 young adults. The location was perfect and close to everything. The decor was lovely and the place had everything we needed. The elevator could be a little quicker, but it was super nice not to have to lug everything up to the third floor. We also would have like to been able to enter through the garage without having to walk around. But it was not that big of a deal. We left some items at the place and they were kind enough to go get them for me and I was able to pick them up. Overall I would definitely stay there again!! The porch was amazing to sit outside and enjoy the breeze!!

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Our stay exceeded our expectations! We had the BEST time & loved the Pelican Perch! It was spacious, clean & the perfect place for a getaway in St. Simon’s Island! I would recommend to anyone!
