We ate in a few nights and had every utensil and piece of cookware we needed. The view was fantastic. My 18 month old grandson loved the play kitchen and table. I will definitely rent this condo again!

Navarre Beach is a very relaxing place and the accommodations were absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay. The condo is equipped with anything and everything you could possible need for a very enjoyable stay.

The property was clean and very well decorated. We had 3 couples and it was very comfortable. In the main bathroom the toilet flusher hangs up and runs. Also, the vent is extremely loud when in use. We also had problems with the internet. It was not working Saturday evening and we were unable to watch our college team. With these minor fixes, I would stay again!

Condo was very very nice. Would stay there again for sure. Just a few suggestions ….TV in the living room was to big for the area. It felt like you were in the front row of a theater. Almost gave you a headache. Wish we would have known about the closet full of “beach stuff” that was available to use. We could have saved a ton of room in our rental van had we known. Also, the tv in the bedroom with the 2 full beds would not work.

Clean, great furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great table for eating and games, and fantastic balcony. The check in process was also easy and the staff was helpful through booking. We also loved that the 3 bedrooms were very separate - offering privacy, quiet sleeping, and a separate thermostat for the back bedroom. The pools in the building were refreshing. On occasion crowded but not bad considering the size of the complex. They are strict on drinks near the pool and leaving anything in the hallways (read their signs!)The biggest downfall (in our opinion) to this building is the obnoxious amount of beach chair rentals. You wake up and there are 3 rows of rental chairs and umbrellas packed in like no place we’ve ever stayed before. It’s hard to walk through them to get to the water and block everyone’s views. Also, we hit a bad water quality week which was a bummer. The amount of seaweed and critters in the water made it a no go many days. (not a reflection on the condo but def worth noting for the location)The location is easy to order DoorDash, InstaCart, and Shipt for those that like some added help during vaca :-)

The sectional couch was so comfy and everything was so nice. The only negative thing I can say had nothing to do with the condo but the beach service. I can’t believe how close they put the rented beach chairs to the water not just at the Pearl but everywhere. Makes it hard to even walk on the beautiful beach
