Luxury furnished 2B/2BA, stunning views, premier Little Italy boutique high rise

Wonderful VRBO property in an amazing location. The harbor, food, and coffee are a quick walk from the building. Likewise, parking is both convenient & secure. I hope to stay again during a return trip to San Diego!

The property was lovely and the owner was so gracious, considerate, and helpful. The location was fabulous. You are in walking distance of Little Italy, Gaslamp district, downtown, and Seaport village. Restaurants and markets at your fingertips!

This was the perfect condo for my month stay in San Diego for work. Building is clean and in a great area. The view is amazing! The owner’s are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our November stay. The view is spectacular with windows everywhere. The location is right there at Little Italy (lots of good restaurants) and with easy access to I-5. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Rich was very helpful and highly responsive. We already booked next year.

Beautiful condo unit with floor to ceiling window views in every room from the harbor and airport to cityscape. Quiet building in a great location for enjoying all that San Diego has to offer, with a kind and helpful staff. Very convenient to all activities and the great restaurants in Little Italy and the rest of the core city. Very friendly and responsive owners - even providing a handy guide to the building, unit, and some of their favorite places to visit. Much attention to detail. We rented this unit for two months, felt at home and loved every minute. We will definitely look forward to staying in this comfortable home again when we have the chance.

We spent 6 months in this wonderful apartment on a trip for work and loved every second of it!! Rich was super responsive and very easy to work with. Due to the nature or our trip, the beginning and ending dates were somewhat known but not locked in. He was very flexible and easy to communicate with even when we couldn’t give a solid duration of our stay. The apartment itself has two very comfortable bedrooms, two enormous bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen and living room with an amazing view. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home, cooking a meal and enjoying the city views. The apartment also comes with access to the building’s pool, hottub, and fitness center which was great for some after work workouts or relaxation. We loved the location of this apartment, walking distance to all the great restaurants in Little Italy, to the Broadway Ferry to Coronado Island, and a quick scooter ride to downtown! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Diego and especially anyone working on Coronado Island (no bridge traffic with the ferry!!!)
