Stayed Sep 12, 2021Very nice unit. A little short on supplies such as kitchen linens. Like none. Had to go buy. I assume because it's a new unit but surprising. Great view, high speed elevators. Had all our family, which are somewhat scattered around the US, there so how can you go wrong. Would stay here again. The whole condo was maintained very nice not just ours. At the end of this review i was asked if reviews helped certain groups such as black, Latinos, LGBT or Asians. I find that actually offensive and racist. I'm just a heterosexual white Christian male.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Beautiful condo minus the fact the freezer door doesn't shut , ice makers is broken , dishwasher doesn't work , dryer takes about 4 hours to dry one load and the washer bounces out of the closet and around the hall . The jets in the master bath also don't work …

Stayed Dec 19, 2025The view is incredible and can be enjoyed from inside multiple bedrooms or from the spacious balcony. The kids loved sharing the bunk room with their cousins.

Stayed Nov 6, 2025The condo was nice. The service was lousy. The refrigerator ice and water was not working when we arrived. Texted your company. Was told it was after hours so I left a message. Sent another text on Friday and was told service would contact me and never did. And I get text from someone wanting me to let a potential buyer in to see the condo on my vacation.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Nice place to stay with plenty for young kids to do. We had a few issues which were never addressed by the property manager. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The stand alone icemaker did not work. The dryer would not come on. Called on the second morning about the issues and they sent someone out the afternoon of day 3. did not fix or even look at the icemakers. He showed us that you must hold the dryer button in for several seconds and then it would come on. Unfortunately when the dryer comes on you have to send it thru about three sessions to actually get the clothes mostly dry, then hang them on furniture on the balcony to finish drying. There were several pull chains on the sunshades that did not work. When I called they said they saw where I had reported this issue but I did not, so I suppose the guest before us reported this. It was not repaired however so those are still broken as well. Nothing major that we couldn't deal with except for the dryer thing which was a major hassle.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Excellent, overall. A few minor issues. The refrigerator icemaker and the bar icemaker were inoperative. As to the facility - the children's splashpad pump was inoperative for most of the stay, much to the disappointment of our grandchildren.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025Spacious clean 4 BR, 3 BA condo with gulf view on one side and bay view on the other. Lovely decor and comfortable furniture. Some of the beds are a little lumpy and bumpy. Bring you wine glasses if you like to drink wine out of glass. Other than that no complaints.

Stayed Aug 7, 2024We stayed here with my family and it fit 16 of us comfortably. Views were gorgeous and the unit was clean. The pool was a hit with the 9 kids. Downside - neither ice maker worked in the refrigerator or the wet bar area. The first night we were the AC and hot water heater went out but it was quickly fixed in the morning. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Overall great place. The pool was perfect for our 8 kids under 7. The place was clean and the view from the patio was awesome. Only complaint is the lack of space in the rooms. There are no dressers and little to no closet space.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beach ball properties were super accommodating to a family emergency we had this summer and we are really grateful. We enjoyed our time in Orange beach. They were responsive on maintenance requests. We did get mixed communications on how to get the parking tickets, go by the email provided on day of arrival, don't call the office we got a run around and waisted 1 hr of arrival time trying to figure it out. The condo could use a refresh on paint and toilets but Otherwise the stay was great.
