Stayed Jun 26, 2026Avoid this place. Eleven Luxury Residence is not a luxury property — it is an unfinished building being sold as one. The branding, the name, and the location next to E11EVEN Miami create the expectation of a premium experience. The reality is the complete opposite. The building is visibly incomplete, with unfinished floors, exposed wiring, and construction activity still happening. My first room had no blackout curtains installed, only the hardware left on the floor. This alone should make the room unavailable for guests. Service was nonexistent. There is no real hospitality structure, no trained front desk, and no one capable of solving even basic issues. After waiting over an hour for help, I had to go downstairs myself, only to deal with unprepared security staff. Their first attempt to relocate me resulted in opening an occupied room, which is a serious privacy and security issue. The next day, despite refusing permission, staff entered my room and moved my belongings without my authorization. That same night, my key stopped working entirely, and I was told no replacement could be issued until Monday. And after all of that, they moved me back into the same unfinished room with no curtains. At 3:00 AM, I left and had to find another hotel, paying much more just to have a normal place to sleep. Luxury is not a name. It is a standard. This place has none of it.
