Luxury Downtown Traverse City Condo-Capri 2

Nice condo, clean. Would recommend. Had everything we needed, and was within walking distance to many great places. Careful with smaller parking lot, someone back ended our car while parked and didn’t leave a note. Obviously not the condo owners fault. There is a paid parking ramp right next to the building that may be worth the extra money.

Lisa is a great host! Condo is clean and comfortable and an 8 min walk to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

The unit was very clean, well furnished, and near an easy walk downtown. It was also very close to the tart bikectrails.

We did a one-week stay and the location was perfect- a quick 8 minute walk to Front Street or 10 min to the marina and splash pad. The condo was in a great, quiet building. The hosts were incredible quick to respond to any questions or requests. We’re planning to book again next summer!

Very clean, outfitted well as advertised. Great place to get away for vacation in TC. On-site parking is limited and can be a challenge. Public parking deck is available next door, but can be a bit pricey.

The condo was nice, updated, clean, and in a great location in downtown T.C., walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the downtown strip. Parking was competitive in the condo's parking lot, but there was a big parking structure right next door for $20/day or $1.25/hr if you don't manage to snag a spot in the condo building lot.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay overall. However, the parking situation is abysmal. Parking garage is minimally $15 per day. Have never had VRBO where parking was this much of an issue. Not sure this was described accurately in description. Even had cars hogging the loading area. The condo has a great location and is very well equipped. Toilet has flushing issues. The oversized furniture is very comfortable but dominates the small eating area. Will probably try to find something with a more stable parking situation next time.

Clean comfortable place, we had a church conference at Grand Traverse Resort. It was a 15 minute ride away along the bay.

Excellent location, walkable to bars and restaurants and short drive to Old Mission or Leelanau if you want to hit wineries. We were in town for the Bayshore marathon, great location for that as well. Will be back.

Great place, perfect size for us. It was very clean and updated. Easy to find and a great location. An easy walk to the shops and food. Definitely will book again for our yearly visit to Traverse City.
