We had a great time.. Condo was very spacious and clean. We would love to come back and visit again!

The stay was amazing! The beach view from the room was beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the beach. The pools and lazy river were very nice and relaxing. The walk to the beach was very convenient and so nice and easy when you were ready to go back up to the room. The stay overall was truly amazing! We are looking forward to going back already!

Great location and plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids! The lazy river/slide and indoor pool were big hits with the kids and it’s an easy walk to the beach.

The view was amazing!!! The condo and staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful! We had an awesome vacation with our kids and grandkids! The unit was beyond our expectations, it was incredibly clean and spacious!! Our host was very prompt to answer any question we had. The unit was ocean front with incredible sunsets! The lazy river was fantastic during the day an bad the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Communication has been stellar! The location and amenities are amazing, close to so many places especially Zeke’s! We enjoyed our visit so much and look forward to returning!

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, well decorated, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The patio had an excellent view of the beach and the pool below. The floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides made the view amazing! The grandkids and the adults loved the slide and the lazy river. The boardwalk leading to the beach was nice with water hoses scattered for easy clean up. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place so much! It was so incredibly nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We had a slight miss communication on payment timing and then on check-in but honestly this place was so nice it didn’t even matter. Spacious and comfortable it was a fantastic place to relax and enjoy family.

Our vacation was amazing. This condo was beautiful, it looked just like pics. And the views from inside and out on the balcony were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Check in was very easy and there are shopping carts to load all your stuff in to take from car to room. Enough elevators that we never had to wait. And both adults and kids had so much fun at the lazy river. And the ease and safety of being able to walk from the condo to the lazy river to the beach and back and forth was a huge plus!! This condo was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean, amazing views, and had plenty of room for our group of 9. We all had a great time staying in this condo, and would definitely book it again!!!! Oh, and it was so nice that elevators took you right to parking levels , and also the storage lockers for all your beach stuff made it easy to go back and forth to the beach. So if your thinking of coming to Orange Beach, don't hesitate to book this condo.

Excellent unit!

Great location in Orange Beach with direct access to the beach just steps away from the condo. Phoenix properties never disappoint - pool, slide, lazy river, plenty of poolside seating. Indoor pool was nice to beat the heat for a bit. The elevators in this place are super fast! There was no point in time where we waited for more than a minute! The condo was relaxing and provide more than enough space for two families of 4. Beds were comfy. The balcony and ceiling to floor windows had the best Gulf views

Perfect location

We enjoyed the condo and the Phoenix 2 property. Entire resort was spotless and seems to be well run. Condo had amazing views and was really. comfy. Plenty of space for all of us. Lazy river was enjoyed by all. Beach Storage closet was an added bonus. I’d stay here again. It was our first time to Orange Beach and we’d certainly go back. The people at orange beach are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet.

We loved our stay at the condo and our first trip to orange beach! The condo was a perfect fit for our multi-generational family with plenty of things to do for everyone. We had a couple issues upon check in that the owner and property manager worked to fix immediately. The building itself has great amenities with the pool and lazy river and we found everything to be clean and well-maintained! Access to the beach is wonderful and never too crowded, even in the middle of spring break. We would 100% book this condo again. Thank you!!

We enjoyed the location. The condo was very clean and easy check in. We loved that we could exit the elevator to the parking garage. The host was excellent and accomodating to our needs. We would rent this condo again, if in the area. 😊

Beautiful condo, awesome corner views! The room was clean and would definitely stay again. Grounds are very nice. Pool is great, but school was in so it wasn't busy. I could see it being too full easily.

This property is very nice with great amenities to keep children entertained as well as adults. Great location on the beach with just a short walk down from the condo to the beach. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed the scenic view of the coast from the balcony. Very nice!

The condo was nice and in a great location. The amenities of the building were excellent including the water slide and lazy river. The condo itself could have been a little cleaner, some of the towels were stained etc. also the living room TV did not work that well and multiple outlets were broken.

The condo was lacking security. It was so easy to access the condo, the pool and especially the beach access. This is a concern especially if you have minors. The place itself was nice and easy check-in process.

Overall it’s a nice place. I would not stay there again because of the way the property management (not owner) handles things. They lock the doors on the gulf facing side of the building when it storms ( or even it looks like it’s going to storm) and won’t let you in, you have to walk all the way around to the front in the storm. Their thought process for this is to keep people away from the pool area, which you have to walk through to get back in the building. They also will not let you sit under the covered areas by the outdoor pool area if there is a dark cloud, it’s the Gulf, there are clouds and storms frequently. There was a security officer that was very rude enforcing this rule, he yelled at everyone to tell them the rules that are not posted clearly. These doors that they lock are clearly emergency exit doors in which should never be locked, yes they lock them from inside too so if there were an emergency you would not be able to exit the building out the back side. The condo itself was in good shape, roomy and decently clean. The bedrooms are a little cluttered with furniture that’s too large and makes it hard to get to the other side of the bed. There are no kinds of spices, not even salt/pepper so if you’re cooking you will have to purchase some, along with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We had no problems, everything worked as it should. When you pay thousands of dollars to stay on the beach with a pool and then get screamed at makes me unhappy.
