Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: View was great but maintenance and cleaning was not good at all. We pay for it and it’s barely the minimum. Sand everywhere, a big in master sink, fan left on and ice cream left in freezer. Kitchen drawer has been broken for several years, verticals in lr were broken as well as master bedroom. Handheld hose on kitchen sink needs replacement. And in elevator, the panel door is partially open or broken. I was told there was a pool maintenance man but he never showed and sand was in pool.

After discovering this condo and location we don't want to go anywhere else. It's on the beach, clean, convenient to some shops and restaurants. Truly a gem for the price.

The condo was spacious and clean and was very well situated on the beach and in walking distance of shops and restaurants at John's Pass. I appreciated the large balcony, the pool, and direct beach access along with the well-appointed kitchen. Lastly, the property managers made check-in/check-out very easy. I will definitely book here again!
