Kitchen:
The kitchen has an abundance of natural light from the surrounding windows and ample lighting at night with the potlights throughout. Enjoy making breakfast just steps away from the spacious dining area. Stainless steel appliances include a fridge and stove. Leave the cookware, bakeware and utensils at home as they are provided throughout your stay. Just bring your coffee, food and spices!

Living Room:
Tastefully decorated, the living room is the perfect relaxation space when you’re not immersed in the bustle of downtown. Enjoy the game with a few friends on your large flat-screen TV or walk downtown to one of the restaurants or bars instead. The contemporary style is turn-key with a comfortable couch and master-planned layout to make the most of the cozy space.

Bedrooms:
With views of the downtown core, the first generously sized bedroom features a King bed and plenty of light in the space, while the second bedroom hosts a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have been recently updated with a fresh coat of paint and contemporary decor.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

    Unit was very clean. Directions were very simple but there is no building number on the front that we could see. And of course that is were the GPS sends you. Great location.

    My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. A short walk to all stores and restaurants and to the waterfront. The apartment was nice, spacious bedrooms and convenient parking. The only negative was that the bathroom didn't have a heat source so the bath towels never got dry. Other than that, the place was great.

    Lovely condo but heat was off when we arrived. Very cold outside. We turned on heating but took hours to warm up. I texted company and someone came by with one duvet and re-set the heating units about 3 hours later. We were finally comfortable by the next day but bathroom was always cool.

    I really enjoyed the stay, I feel as if it was a bit pricey, the floors were not super clean and more toilet paper would have been nice however overall we enjoyed our stay and would for sure recommend it to others! Thank you for a great experience:)

    We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Everything was nicer than expected with perfect communication at every step. We were a group of 4 ladies and this made for a great getaway. LOTS of space, very clean and comfortable, excellent location right downtown.
