Unwind in the stylish master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings, a California king bed with plush linens, and a 55in flat-screen TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom has plush Monarch towels, marble flooring, a Carrara marble double vanity, and a luxurious walk-in marble shower with a waterfall showerhead.

Your family will enjoy the quiet comfort of the two serene guest rooms. The first provides a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle beneath and a 40in flat-screen TV with cable, while the second bedroom is configured with two twin beds, a large closet, and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable.

The guest bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combination. A powder room downstairs is conveniently located off the living room.

Located across the street from Disneyland, you're only a 15-minute walk to the Disney tram or Downtown Disney with its dozens of restaurants and shops. You'll save time and money by avoiding the Disney parking garage. You're also a very short drive from other Anaheim-area attractions including Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium (home of the LA Angels), the Honda Center (home of the Anaheim Ducks), shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island, and the wonderful coastal cities of Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Downtown Los Angeles is only 30 miles away.

    The property was family friendly. The nearby pools, hot tub and playground were a very nice feature. Externally, the complex needs a little maintenance, but internally very comfortable. As mentioned in other comments, the carpet shows signs of frequent use, but understandable The location was great and about a 30 minute walk, passing through Downtown Disney. If not needing to rent a stroller or wheelchair, time could probably be saved if going to Disneyland park, using the monorail. Disneyland fireworks are easily observed from the property at night. We really enjoyed our visit!

    Exterior siding looks like it is past its useful life. But interior is good/great. Garage is closer than parking space, so I recommend finding that before unloading. Location is great.

    We chose this property due to its proximity to Disney and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the accommodations were comfortable. It took us 20-25 minutes to reach the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was very clean, but could use new carpet and the paint could be touched up in some areas. The process from booking to check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

    Great stay with enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The nearness to Disneyland was what attracted us to it of course, and was worth it for that. We learned it may be a little too far for some but close enough for me to drop them off and walk over after.

    This property was great for our family of 6. Just a short walk to Disneyland. Very quiet subdivision. It was great to have access to the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

    We have stayed in 3 different condos in this complex. This specific unit was updated and well equipped. The complex is a little below par. Walking home at night is not well lit and the full time residents don’t seem too happy about the Disney crowd staying there. It’s .95 miles to the Disney gates. Not a bad walk to start the day but if you aren’t used to walking then it can be a bit daunting. The home itself had everything we needed and was ready on time. We would recommend!

    Pros: -Close to Disneyland. Easily walkable. Took us about 20 min to get to the park, 10 min to Downtown Disney. -Clean -Enclosed 1 car garage plus dedicated parking space -Clean -Quiet area Cons: -Has been well used and needs some general maintenance (new carpet, fixing damage in walls) -Pool and hot tub not accessable due to change in locks. Called to get access but was suggested to ask someone in the pool area to let us in. Not a good solution. -Water pressure in showers is very weak Overall, a very good place to stay. We enjoyed our time there despite the few cons. Would stay there again.
