Great property - great location. Maintenance of the property could have been better. The front door didn't lock and we had to put a chair in front of the door over night until we fixed it. Burnt out light bulb in main bathroom. Dishwash rack was broken when we checked in. These were all reported to host, but maintenance never did come and fix while we were there.
We had a fantastic stay. We had to pick up the key at a different location however it was smooth and close by so it wasn’t too inconvenient. The pictures are very accurate. We really enjoyed the open concept with lots of windows and light coming in. The place is centrally located to all shops and restaurants & for Starbucks lovers it is across the street. My only suggestion is to change out the coffee table in the living room, it is very heavy glass and I would be nervous with little ones around. We would 100% stay again.
Great central location for base to visit friends and family in various Victoria neighbourhoods. Secure building with clean accommodations and relaxing decor. Well equipped if you want to prepare your meals (we didn't), do a bit of laundry or walk to one of many dining options near by.
While we thoroughly enjoyed the unit itself, the check in process was a nightmare. Being from the U.S. visiting Canada, our cell phone service was somewhat spotty. The last minute email telling us the code to the lockbox was not received because of this, and much confusion ensued. Nowhere in the instructions for checking in did it say to watch for a last minute email. Maybe because it was Sunday?
Property is centrally located. Check in process needs fine tuning! Picking up the keys was not as easy as just having keyless entry! Condo was spacious. It was in need of a deep clean however.. disappointing. Decor also needs updating! For the price we probably would not stay there again.
Great central location for visiting Victoria and if you are driving the secure parking is a great bonus. Lovely view, comfortable beds and just an all around lovely stay .
Great view! It suit our needs
Wonderful condo with everything you could need! The 12th floor has georgeous views of the city in kitchen/living room and bedrooms. Floor to ceiling windows. We loved the balcony and enjoyed watching the sunset and lights on the government building from there. Super secure building! This apartment is walkable to all the main tourist attractions. It is close to Empress Hotel, the waterfront, the government building, museum, Goverment House, etc. The secure parking space was a bonus, as we brought our car. I had to give them a three on cleanliness/maintenance because the interior of multiple windows hadn't been cleaned and were covered with, what looked to us like, face prints and smudges. We are guessing a baby stayed at the condo before us? Also, the balcony door was dirty on the outside. Plus a broken hand towel rack and loose toilet seat in primary bathroom. We notified the host, so those should be fixed moving forward. Nothing that impacted us enjoying our stay overall. We picked up and dropped off the keys at the management office, which was a long walk or short drive from the apartment building. If you don't have a car you may want to opt for picking up keys at the 7-Eleven in the building. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for a week in March and we felt like home. The place has all you need to feel comfortable. It is very nicely decorated and walking distance from all shopping in downtown. The beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies. The management was very prompt in communicating and helping with all our needs. Will be back for sure!
