Stayed Oct 5, 2023We had a wonderful stay and recommend to anyone wanting a nice stay in Cabo. The property was very lovely and clean. There were lots of amenities like pools, pool restaurant and a gym. The condo was stocked with extra bedding, lots of towels, water, snacks and things like beach chairs!Angelica was so nice and checked us in and let us know she was available to text for anything we needed.

Stayed Jan 24, 2026Yes the Host team was great. Hugo was a great help and reached to make sure everything was good. This a really nice place with ocean views. I will definitely look to stay here again next year!

Stayed Aug 31, 2025The home and property is very well appointed, clean and nice amenities. I only stayed one night and was limited in my access to the amenities for this reason. I greatly appreciated the assist by the staff to allow me to come into the home at during final stages of cleaning due to early arrival. The tower doesn't have a lobby so there was not much option to escape the heat. WhatsApp was very useful to contact the concierge and the host. The shuttle to Quivira and sunset beach were a challenge but they worked out (I would suggest having a golf cart or car available, I'm told golf carts can be rented somehow). The property is walkable to Quivira (about 25 min) as the shuttle doesn't start until 730 so I walked for a 7AM tee time. My stay on 8/31 was during low season so the grill was minimally staffed and some restaurants/pools at sunset beach were also closed for renovations.Beautiful property and would stay here again and knowing more about Copola community operations after my visit will better prepare for future visits. If you have a vehicle you won't have challenges getting around. It would have been nice to stay longer and play more golf and use the pools. They really are quite nice.

Stayed May 31, 2023Love the Copala community. Gorgeous views, close to everything, and the discounts at the resorts are nice. The condo was well-stocked and just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020I would like to start by saying I am rating the property 2 out of 2. Grounds – All of the grounds are immaculate and very well taken care of. Beautiful flowers and trees. All of the workers seemed to take such pride in working on the outside. The pools are cleaned every morning and all outside furniture wiped down. Condo Unit – The condo was very comfortable and decorated nicely. Bathrooms – Very spacious with a lot of cupboards and drawers. The showers in both bathrooms unfortunately did not have any water pressure at all. It was however workable. Kitchen – Had all the appliances you would need. Staying here for 1 month we do stay in and cook and enjoy cooking meals. After arriving we noticed only 2 pots and 1 frying pan. The owner did send additional pots and pans. The kitchen was totally missing items such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking sheets and any glass containers for the oven. We had to buy these items. Balcony – Beautiful balcony with sitting area and table for dining. Fantastic view. However with all the construction going on in front of the balcony could only sit on the balcony before the workers arrived. There was way too much dust and debree in the air to sit outside. The construction will be going on for quite some time. Condos will be starting to be built beside Building #7. The owner did provide a discount upon booking due to all of the construction. Owner – Seemed good with responses to all my questions prior to going. Unfortunately COVID-19 worsened drastically and we had to quickly book a 1 way flight home. I let the homeowner know March 15th. Sent him a confirmation March 17th that we would be leaving March 22nd. That is 10 days before our actual departure day of April 1st. . Sent him a message March 23rd asking for some sort of refund. In the meantime HomeAway had sent out an email to all Travellers and Owners indicating 95% of owners were providing credits or refunds to travellers. Under these extreme circumstances that is the right thing to do. Well needless to say the owner is not doing either a refund of any sort of credit for me. I contacted HomeAway several times (they were fantastic) to have them contact the owner as he was totally ignoring all of my messages. What a heartless act on his part. I thought that it is very important for future renters to know. Stay Healthy and Safe.
