Condo was spotless and nicely decorated. It was also in a great location.
The unit was very comfortable and accommodating. Loved that the owners provided coffee and starter supplies of basic cleaner and paper necessities. Beware . . . lots of security codes to punch in as you enter the garage, elevator, and room. That's not a bad thing, and in fact we appreciated the extra security. But some guests might find it annoying.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the property, very secure and convenient to everything. We will definitely stay again.
This condo was a pictures in the listing, very clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. The essentials were available with the exception of bowls in the kitchen (we overcame it!). Very walkable to restaurants and shopping and a 5 minute drive to the Biltmore.

Beautiful view and perfect location for walking downtown. We didn't have to use our car once. The only thing I would suggest is to put darker curtains in the bedroom. The early morning light was super bright and interrupted our sleep. The blackout curtains in the living area work great but they should be in the bedroom instead.
very clean and comfortable easy access
This is the perfect location and easy walking distance to some fabulous breweries and restaurants. This is our 2nd stay at the 45 Asheville building and we will continue to stay here. Clean, safe and fully equipped!
Everything but the bed was great. Good parking. Great view. Short driving distance to most things. Very convenient location. The bed was too soft for these old bones. I would definitely recommend this property.
The place was beautiful, the location was good.
We rented this condo because of its close proximity to so many restaurants. After each day of sightseeing and driving, we wanted to be able to walk to dinner. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were top of the line. The king bed was comfortable and had really nice, soft sheets. There was most everything you needed in the kitchen. A nonstick frying pan would have worked better for frying eggs but we did ok with the nice, shiny pots and pans they supplied. One thing that would have been nice, maybe because we are seniors, was a grab bar in the very large shower and a seat, even a portable one that could be moved out of the shower if someone didn't want it. That's just my own problem. I would stay here if I travel to the Asheville area again. Maybe most important, the building was very safe. You needed codes to get in. So that was very reassuring.
Beautiful appt rental. Great view and location. Some issues with check in. Had 2 sets of instructions. Unsafe situation with elevator. Did get it worked out.
My wife and I came to Asheville to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we opted to do this rental for a more personal/intimate experience (rather than a simple hotel). The views of the mountains were amazing and the leading reason we chose this location and this exact unit. We had a few hiccups getting into the building the day-of-arrival but were quickly remedied by a simple phone-call where the office was super helpful and informative. Upon inspection of the unit, we found that the toilet had no seat so another quick call to the office and within the hour someone was there to install one. (I do wonder what happened to the previous toilet seat though). As for the rest of the unit: Bedroom: the bed was plenty comfortable as were the selection of pillows available. The biggest issue was that the shade does not block enough daylight so in the morning hours it started getting bright in there earlier than I would have liked. Kitchen: suited our needs for what we did cook. The oven takes what seems like forever to come to temperature which was annoying. There are plenty of cooking pots/pans and mixing bowls/storage bowls with lots of various utensils. There was no type of oil for cooking provided but we brought our own, just in case. We did not utilize the coffee maker that was there as we provided for ourselves. Main Room: couch was comfortable to sit and relax on. TV is quite large for that space but it functioned without issue and had lots of options for watching (cable TV, apps, etc.) Bathroom: other than the initial toilet issue I mentioned earlier, the bathroom is huge. Double vanity with loads of space up top on the counter or in the drawers underneath. The shower was nice but the pressure could have been better, I felt it was a bit too low. Parking Garage: so nice and convenient to have the garage right downstairs. It is tight in there so larger vehicles could have some issues navigating/parking. I found backing into the parking spots was much easier to get in and out. Overall Location: as others have mentioned, the building is across from the bus depot which is certainly an eye-sore (especially if staying on that side of the building). There are many vagrants and homeless that hang around which, for some people, might be uncomfortable. My wife and I walked down to breweries and even through the depot itself without issue. Just be aware of your surroundings. All-in-all, would certainly stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!
