Stayed Sep 8, 2025The property is as appealing as shown in the photos. It is quite comfortable and well-equipped. We were able to cook several meals and enjoy them sitting on the screened-in porch (our favorite perch). The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had a fair amount of storage. The bathroom, although small, had enough spots to store toiletries, etc and the shower had good pressure. The TV in the living room had access to streaming services. We were grateful for the washer and dryer since we stayed there for a month. Meda, the owner’s sister who lives in Asheville, responded quickly to any of our needs. The neighborhood is a residential one close to sone restaurants and 3 grocery stores. It was about a 20 minute walk to downtown which we did frequently. You really can’t go wrong if you choose this charming property.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming two-bedroom, one-bath cottage, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The cottage is beautifully decorated, blending modern comforts with a cozy charm that makes you feel right at home. The beds are very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area is perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor screened patio. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, taking in the serene views and fresh air. The location is ideal – close enough to walk downtown or to the grocery, yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting. Our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We loved our 6 week stay here! The house was very comfortable and the spring weather was perfect for using the screened-in porch. The location is central to downtown, grocery stores and the Reed Creek Greenway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Asheville!

Stayed Sep 23, 2023What a beautiful property with a perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our month in the well-appointed, immaculate, bungalow. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the variety of outdoor areas - with a porch swing on the front and a screened-in porch off the kitchen, we could sit outside no matter the weather or time of day. The location is ideal - a ten minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants or a five minute drive to downtown. Our hosts were perfect and had many suggestions for places to eat and things to do. They quickly responded to our questions and comments. To sum it up - we can't say enough good things about our stay and plan to return to the bungalow in the future.
