Luxury Condo, Prime location 1.5 Blocks From Ocean, Pool and Off street parking

Our host Simone made us feel welcome and answered the questions we had. The condo was cozy and clean. Being close to food and the beach boardwalk was wonderful also. We would recommend this comfortable condo to anyone

From the initial contact with Simone everything was handled at 5-Star level. Contact and confirmation was quick and instructions were easy to follow. About the condo. PERFECT! We arrived and used the passcode to get into the building and then the door code to enter the condo. The online pictures do not do it justice. Very nicely appointed furnishings and fresh furniture and colors and CLEAN. The beds were great, and the kitchen nicely equipped. The showers were also excellent with almost instant hot water. We enjoyed the balcony and used the condo pool as well. About a 3 small block walk to the beach and plenty of parking everywhere. Thank you, Simone. We loved it.

Condo was absolutely lovely.... just a short walk to the beach and to the grocery store..... lot's restaurants in walking distance along the boardwalk.... We stayed for 7 nights .... And we will definitely be back again... Communication with Simone was absolutely terrific !! Our friends joined us for two nights and they also love the condo... they are going to be back again also !!!Very quiet building !! We did not get a chance to go into the pool... The condo made us feel like we were right at home ... Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make a meal... Beds are super comfy !!!Thank you Simone for making us feel so welcome !!!

Communication with the owner was extremely easy. Easy entering and exiting. Property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay her again. Highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at Playa Rana, our 1st stay with this particular room. Everything was clean and as pictured. We love the location because across the street it has a grocery store and we mutually got in late so we were able to run across the street to grab food for the morning. The pool we were in almost everyday. Close to the beach. It was a very pleasant stay. We will be back!!!

The condo is clean, furnished, and the perfect size and location for a family of four for a week at the beach.

The space was lovely, calm and perfect for my family of 5. There are views of the ocean from the master bedroom. It is close to a grocery store, a wonderful donut shop and the 2 blocks down the beach. I have stayed at many places in the Va Beach area (I was a local and moved away) and this was a perfect spot! Thank you again for sharing this space with us.

Phenomenal accommodations for a quiet, relaxing and fun family vacation. Very happy with our experience and look forward to rebooking in the future.

Great communication with host. Condo clean and comfortable as listing described. Pool always clean. Very close to beach and many fast-food options within walking distance. Tons of places to shop. Wonderful for a family vacation. Balcony was nice but views of parking lot or street not relaxing. Jets overhead very common and noisy but interesting to learn about nearby training facilities. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to be. However, if you’re a busy vacationer loving all kinds of beach activities this is the place for you. Grateful for the hospitality.

We spent the month of March at the condo for our 4th time and enjoyed ourselves. It's a great location with lots of things to do within walking distance. We are looking forward to our next trip and stay in Virginia Beach!!

I cannot express into word how amazing the owners of this property are. Above and beyond my expectations and just all around wonderful people. And the space was clean well stocked and over all just fantastic.

My son, daughter-in-law and their children had a wonderful time. There were things to do for all ages. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely go back.

It is a nice place for a family vacation. It is also well-decorated.The location of the condo is a short walk to the beach and next to a grocer. The condo is spacious and well-equipped for people who want to prepare meals. Great spot!

This condo was very modern, very clean, all amenities were as they said they'd be, Pool was nice and very clean, location was great, very nice neighborhood and nice tenants that we met. We met the owners Simone and his wife and his son Slava while we were there. They were very nice and excellent Host's! We would most definitely stay again. It was one of our best vacation stays!
