The condo is situated close to the clubhouse (with hot tub, heated pool, pool table and exercise room - please inquireabout COVID status) and is the ideal luxury base camp for 2 families. It sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 bedrooms (king beds) and a bunk room for the kids with 2 twin over twin bunk beds (weight limit for top bunks 150 lbs and 250 lbs for bottom). There are 2 full bathrooms and a pack and play crib is also on site.

It is furnished with new top end mattresses and a variety of pillows for every taste; two leather sofas and a large live edge dining table; flat screen TVs in the living room and each king bedroom; DVD and a writers desk. HDTV cable and fast internet WiFi services are included. The condo has a 3 zone (bed, bed, living) radiant in floor heating system, a tank-less hot water heater, and a washer and dryer. If you plan to cook in, the kitchen has a large granite work area and is stocked with everything you'll need from a great selection of pots, pans, and utensils, to a crock-pot, waffle maker, french press, hot water pot, drip coffee maker, cookie sheets, kid friendly dishes, and a full set of spices! We supply basics like salt, pepper, sugar, and oil and hot cocoa too! If there is something you are wondering if we have, please ask!

Trailhead Lodge is a thoughtfully designed, newly completed, eco-friendly condo development in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Amenities include a beautiful clubhouse with living area, kitchen, exercise room, and pool table, and an outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and grilling/dining area. Situated along the Fraser River Trail, just off Main Street. and across the street from Hideaway Park, it is the ideal location for all your winter or summer mountain adventures!

Guests can walk, run, hike, bike, ski or snowshoe the Fraser River Trail just 10 steps from the patio. Or walk down to the Fraser River to fly-fish.

The Winter Park Mountain Resort, with excellent skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, and snow tubing is just 2 miles away and easy to access by car, bike, or via the free shuttle system that runs frequently along Main Street.

Main Street boasts plenty of shops, restaurants, and drinking establishments including 2 craft breweries and an excellent distillery.

Hideaway Park offers a large kids playground, pavilion, and newly completed concert stage. The Town of Winter Park offers free sledding in the winter, and a free concerts and a skateboard park and in the summer. And its all just steps away!
