Luxury Condo on Guadalup River-5 Star Amenities-Walk to Gruene

The property was not what we reserved. The bedroom descriprions was not accurate. Some of our guests switched off sleeping on the sofas due to the inaccuracy. We were not told our Unit # before check-in. The lockbox information was inaccurate. Every time we called for information, we got a different person ( 3 calls needed within 30 minutes)

The facility was very clean and fully equipped. It had everything we needed. We would highly recommend it for a stay in Gruene.

Gruene Haven is a beautiful, well-kept, well-stocked condo. It is exactly what it is advertised to be.

Great place

We loved our stay at Gruene Haven! The property was walking distance to the center of Gruene and the perfect size to accommodate our group. The house is very well kept and stocked with anything you may need! We would most definitely stay here again!

My daughters and I had a few days to get away before they start back to college. The condo was exceptional and was located just down the road from all of the action Gruene has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here.

The condo was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few minor issues. The big shower head in the downstairs bathroom leaked and sprayed water towards the ceiling when it was activated so I had to use the handheld shower head. It just needs to be reinstalled and it should be fine. There was not a large skillet in the kitchen. I like to cook a big breakfast in the mornings, bacon, eggs, etc. and was surprised there wasn't one, and there were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash either. Minor things, but overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had an incredible experience at Greune Haven! This is one of the best Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed at! It was extremely clean with plenty of room! The location is spectacular and very convenient to new Braunfels and surrounding areas! We shopped and ate and even did an amazing wine tour! I would highly recommend this location to everyone!

This is an ideal spot near the river and walkable distance to Greune. Upper level condo with elevator access. We really enjoyed the beautiful park near the river-was quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed watching and feeding the deer. Even tried a little fishing. The condo is new and well equipped to meet all your needs. Highly recommend this place for a group or family vacation. We all had a spot to chill. I had mixed emotions about keeping our plans-right after the severe flooding event. Our prayers for all the families of those affected.

The penthouse and surrounding grounds near the river are beautiful! We would stay there again in the future. So close to Gruene, we were able to walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing along the rivers edge. The only issue we had, was with the front door-hard to close, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay! Plenty of bathrooms and beds!

Perfect location, super clean and new. I would absolutely stay here again.

Being so close to the Guadalupe river

Walking distance to center of Gruene (2 min). Never had to get in the car and fight parking. Beautiful patio, great kitchen, great sleeping arrangements.

Like new condos were amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Easy walk down to the river and not a bad walk to Gruene. Will definitely be returning to use our Schlitterbaun season passes.

The home was stocked well with dishes, pots, and appliances. It was clean and spacious for a family. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were in Gruene for the annual Wine and Music Festival and wanted a place that was within walking distance of Gruene Hall. This condo property was perfect! River frontage and an amazing park-like back yard with all the amenities. We didn't have time on this trip to use the outdoor amenities, but it's a wonderful property. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and looked like a model home. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.

Condo was great. Clean, spacious and plenty of room to spread out. We had 8 women and it was extremely comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown Gruene and went across the street for tubing. Very convenient. There's just a short area where it is necessary to walk in grass on your way to Gruene otherwise most of the way has a paved path. Fully stocked condo! Bedding was incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend.
