Ski New Year's Eve week (December 29, 2022 - January 6, 2023) at the luxurious Sheraton Mountain Vista Resort located at the base of the Beaver Creek Ski Resort in Avon Colorado. This rental is a large two bedroom lock-off condo where each side has its own kitchen and living area.

Avon has a ski lift a couple blocks away that will take you right to the mountain.

The nearest regional airport is Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), about 26 miles away. It has non-stop flightsfrom many major airports with 757 service.

Sheraton charges well over $6000.00 (rate, fees, and taxes) for a New Year's week two bedroom lock-off. However, lock-offs for this week are completely sold out.

Upon clearance of your payment, I will direct Marriott/Vistana to send you a confirmation via email. Additionally, you will be able to call the resort directly to get verbal confirmation of the reservation in your name.

Refund Policy:

If you are unable to travel, I will refund your payment ONLY if I am able to successfully re-rent the condo. The refund will be for the lesser of the original payment or the re-rental amount, less all listing costs.
