The condo is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and is just minutes to shopping, grocery and dining. A two story villa with large master bedroom, large walk-in closet, large soaking tub, kitchen, living room, dining room, office/den, spare bedroom, attached 2 car garage and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Living room has 20' vaulted ceilings, cozy gas fireplace, sectional couch and two swivel glider chairs. Ground floor covered patio has comfortable cushioned furniture and views of trees and wildlife. You will see quail, doves and sometimes great horned owls as you relax with a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The master bedroom with en-suite includes a balcony for taking in the evening sunsets. LOCATION INFORMATION
The condo is about 25 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. It is minutes away from popular attractions such as the TPC Scottsdale golf course, home to the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament, Barrett-Jackson, West World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge shopping malls, hiking, biking, championship golf and so much more.

We rode our bikes to the Phoenix Open one year and avoided parking and traffic. You will love being able to walk the paved trails to the DC Ranch Marketplace where you can choose from several restaurants. Our favorite is The Living Room where you can enjoy relaxed seating outdoors, live music, great happy hours, and delicious food. If you need groceries for your stay, Safeway and Fry's are conveniently located about 5 minutes from the condo. AJ's is a local favorite with a great wine selection and yummy bakery desserts. To work off all the great food, there are many scenic mountain hikes, all located between 15-30 minutes away. We know that you will love this area and the peaceful, safe, quiet community of Tesoro.
