Luxury Condo in Vail Village, Walk to Lifts, Tyro5

The master bath shower did not work, nor the master TV. The toilet was broken in the queen bedroom of which they sent someone out who still did not fix it and we fixed ourselves. Some instructions for the unit were either not included or not clear. Twice I was told someone would call me regarding the problems and twice no one did.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the master shower was not working and the guest toilet was touchy. Need to ensure that all plumbing is working properly or address this in some way with the tenant. Otherwise, excellent location, property and value.

Very nice condo in a great location. Vail Management Company did an excellent job ensuring we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this condo again.

You got a nice place, 1) No internet. 2) fireplace didn't work. 3) No directions on how to use appliance's, fireplace, heat ETC... There was a drawer full of owners manuals most of them were installation manuals. Light switches that didn't work. Most VRBOs that we have stayed in had instructions typed out. We had to try and find out how the lights in the Master BR went on ETC... We were only staying for a couple of days, I went back and forth with someone about the FP but we got no where. No one has time to try and get stuff done when we have such a short window to enjoy the area. Too Bad!!

We were in town for a family wedding. This property was super clean, well stocked with essentials and convenient to everything.

I called the management company and they said they would send someone over, but never did. Also, the cable tv in the living room stopped working on the third day, though the bedroom tvs did still work. I didn't bother telling the management company because they were unresponsive to the internet issue. These were not huge issues for us, but it was a little annoying.

Location was perfect, could walk to coffee shops and restaurants every day/night. Hiking and biking right out the garage. On-site parking made day trips easy and efficient. Will hopefully be back again soon.

Very cute, clean, and perfectly located Condo. The cute little cubby upstairs was a perfect extra spot for one of our kids to enjoy. We will definitely consider this again! Thank you!!

The condo is close to all things but the walk is challenging if you are in ski boots. The common area of the condo is nice and the kitchen amenities are well equipped. The condo slept 6 adults (3 couples) comfortably. The main bedroom shower is something to be desired.... The water temperature is warm when turned all the way to hot setting. The step into and out of the shower/tub are dangerous. I can’t imagine how they don’t have multiple issues per season. You must be agile and able to support and pull your weight in and out while wet. There is an option to convert the twin room to a king, and we asked 1 week in advance of our arrival. They acknowledged the request but it wasn’t converted when we arrived. I called and it took 24 hours to convert the room. The issues aren’t differentiating and overall the place is good, but it’s important to be aware. Of course Vail skiing makes everything better!!!
